Titan Domain ( Newbie Domain, for tips from others)
Im writing this thread for newbies and and former people from this. I am looking for tips for newbies like me and from newbies this is all place where we can share ideas without getting blown off by them. This will also be for vetrens of this site to share tips for new Hmm players and share tips about towns and other things

here's one!
The best thing you can do is destroy your opp! 
you have to do that really fast so make sure your main has the fastest units on the end of every turn to make him move furhter.
I could give you tons of tips, from small to big ones, but the best way to learn is just play the game and keep lots of saves. See what your opp does and learn from that.

here's another!
try to get yourself into an allied game with an experinced player as your partner, this will give u a chance to watch them play and ask questions about what they're doing and why.
i personally dont think there is a best town, because i find every town has its own attributes that makes it strong, and others that are its weaknesses. the maps you play also has a lot to do with what success you'll have with a certain town, for example tower can be a painful experience on a smaller map poor in gold/resources, but on a larger map where u have the resources and the time to develop its pretty great  the best thing to do i think, is play them all and learn for yourself what you can do with them, cuz the most important thing i think is playing in a way that you enjoy and suits you!

I agree with Pandora despite what people think there is no best castle Its all on your style of play
Castle/Dungeon: Strong Offense
Stronghold/ Fortress: Strong Defense( and offense )
Necro: Fast attack with level 1 attacks ( skeletons)

If this sentence ever comes to your mind:``there is only that many things you can do in this game`` You still have time to pick another game to play...
After a zillions game I`ve played since HOMM1, I`m still picking up ways to improve my game at almost each and single games I play. Keep an open mind. Don`t be afraid to rethink your whole strategy about any given maps. Sometimes the obvious isn`t so obvious and for that you need to play with as many different people you can on the widest variety of maps you can.
I enjoyed very much playing in 2x2 tourneys. Seeing and questionnning your more experienced partner is awesome way to learn as Pandora mentionned. You can do some work on your own to better your skills. You have to adapt your style of playing to every maps. Ex: hourglass is one of the few maps I don`t take either of my crystal, mercury, gem and sulfur mine until week 2 and sometime I don`t even take them throughout the game ! So practice in single player mode the speed at which you can cover the whole map getting resources, artefacts, etc... Eventually you`ll find much easier to make out what is important to achieve on a map and so you`ll be doing more of the important stuff rather then just moving your heroes wondering what your opponents his doing

it`s possible for red to attack with 3 archangels blue`s castle on day 8 with your island`s 2 relics even if they aren`t good and without any special other artifacts.

Oh yeah this is something about the heroes community. Dont think that everybody thats has more post than you is better than you because there proably not. Also post are just your status in this site not your skill as a Homm player

Town: Rampart
Creature: Hydras, Golden Dragons and Titans
Heroe: dont have one
Also I heard people talking about how to use Necros 7th level creatures can I have some tips about that and Rampart
