Is Heroes a game only for men?
For all i know girls arent such fanatic game players and strategy games puts a strange taste in their mouths.In my life experience i have met only one person who played heroes of might and magic...and she said she played it because she lived in a room with 3 guys(in college) so they played it...she said she was pretty good but i dont know...I've tried to teach my sister to play but after 2 hours of explaining she asked me"what do i do with the hero"...so i think it's a men only game.

NO! Its NOT a men's only game. There r plenty of girls who play. I'm sure GrunanCross will agree. Considering I've seen how he boasts on how well his wife plays!  I agree totally w/u Grunan, she is a very good player.

No, that is not true.
However, obviously there are many more male gamers than female ones. Aside from that, each group has a fairly similar hierarchy of gamers, and their skill levels...given also that there are also a variance in the preferences for genres.

Wrong, my sister is playing heroes 3 many hours per day after i conviced her to learn the basics of the game and she'll like it.And I was right.Now is prety good, she invented good tactics and she said that she'll never stop playing heroes 3.

eh, there are more, but I'm hopeless at remembering names...
but true, there are more males playing heroes, and any other computer games except the ones with 'barbie' or 'britney' in the titles. guess it's a gender thing.
BTW, check out my poll/thread 'Gender of Heroes players' on page 2-4 in the Tavern. perhaps you will find enlightenment there. but most probably not...

Well a good deal of the other gender tend to use the internet mainly for activities revolving around chatting, talking, bantering, conversing, gabbing, communing and checking out basically some not-very-important websites and doing all the previous activities about that as well.
Now don't get me wrong now, there are still plenty of them that you can still get along well with.

I agree women should play games...lets say..hangaroo or maybe harry potter...or bomberman(bomberwoman)...but heroes
is a men only game.you cant place a woman in front of a computer and make her beat you.she is ment to loose.
