Most games are played at 130%, some use 160%. Still the most common setting is 130% and it is like since the beginning of Heroes 3 multilayer online.

OK I get that xint! I just think if in online game they used to set 200%, I don't know because never play OL. I like to play in 200% in hot seat although I'm not a good player.

There is no good or bad player - it's a matter of learning and than choosing - just like chess.

But 200% is too unfair to some. The matter is that this is a 10 years old game in which a lot of people proved what is to be known as - 'Multilayer rules'.

If you go astray - you'll not like it.

playing on 200% is very hard for dungeon...because usually you start in the 'basement' and movements are more restricted and you have to gather 1 of each resource for the Beholders...And without them you can't build medusas and manticores...If i get lucky on week two i have manticores, beholders and medusas...excelent for creeping...And i usually chose Gunnar...logistics is crucial as i said being in the basement...About the creatures..manties are some of my favourites...But 1v1 They lose to nagas that's clear...but nagas get pawned by Dread Knights and on 1v1 Archangel is crushed by the Anchient Behemot(tested around 10 times both Dreads and Anchients) So now you know which creature is the strongest in 1v1

Maybe so, but it's not worth a lot this information, because you can't conclude that given A wins over B in 1vs1 A also wins over B in 20vs20.
(I can say so, because I got different results with higher numbers).
I believe it has much to do with damage and hit points, since with low numbers the amount of units doesn't decrease as easy, so the damage stays the same, but for higher units, where earlier some hit points would have been lost, and the given retal would have been with full power, now units have been lost, and thereby power/damage.

Also it depends on how you do the battles and what you allow.

If you allow wait, Archies beats Ancients in higher numbers, e.g. 100vs100

If you don't allow wait, Nagas defeat Dknights in higher numbers, e.g. 100vs100

Also you should not include morale and luck, as these are random and will in the long run (infinite many tests) be cancelled out, however as none of us are interested in doing infinite many test, just use spirit of oppression + eventually evil hourglass from the start.

Oh also, when you do battle in higher numbers, you can also devide your units up, so e.g. usually Blacks defeats Golds, but in 100 vs. 100, you'll divide your golds in 1 GD - 99 GD, so the 1 takes a retal and the Goldies wins.

For lower speed units, you can take as much as 3 retaliations (making the otherwise supreme cerberus loosing to royal grifs).

So it depends on the rules you place in the battle I guess, though for it to be most useful in combat, I think realistic (e.g. week 4 - 8 or something like that) numbers should be used.

As many dwellings as possible week 1. Either do mantis and castle, or drags till day 7. Buy as many heroes as you can afford. Depends on richness of the map, but you shouldn't have less than 6 heroes week 1. They all can fight, combine all your troops on 1 hero, chain those troops from one hero to the other to reach more locations on same day. That way you earn a lot of money due to fights. Get a might hero as main. If you are able/allowed to chose your hero from the start, take either Gunnar or Shakti. Logistic heroes have hugh advantage, coz they can reach many more spots in 1 day and therefor level up much faster. Shakti normally comes with a hugh number of troggies day 1(up to 120) and they recieve a +1 speed bonus. With the other troogies from your 2nd hero from tavern and the 14 from the dwelling, you could nearly have 170 trogs day 1. A hugh threat for most of the non shooters.

On SoD you could have the maximum of 40+40+40 (from Shaq) + 40 (hero in tavern) + 40 (luckily the second hero is Dungeon hero) + 14 (dwelling)= 214

As for build order - you have several options:
1. upg trogs! - + 1 speed is *very* important on day 1 (than build depending on map)

2. build harpies, beholders, medusa and manticores + citadel - this is the minimum, for poor maps like 160% 8мм6 - consider not building the castle - you'll use the money for troops on day 1/2/1 and a hero

3. the build on a rich map, harpies pre-build and a dwell found is - Portal of Summoning, all creatures 1-6 lvl + castle, or just go for dragons

One important deviation - for TE specially:
if you start/found Lorelei - consider upg Harpies day 1.

p.s. i don't use medusas week 1, first buy beholders and troglodytes, than manticores. Minotaurs are *very* nice - but still only optional

dont upgrade to black if u have high knowledge carry the reds on that magic main and it'll be a fast offensive main on its own

one good thing about dungeon is their troops r very dividable but downside is development and lack of coins
