That would mean a restart. There isn't much you can do with 15 goblins on 200%.
But, anyways, back to the topic:
How to take full crypts with necro on day 1?
That's pretty hard, actually. On dirt vamps have speed 7, wights have speed 6, etc. They also have +1 att/def. Fortunately, those bonuses apply to your army as well.
Galthran would be your #1 choice. The 1-st building necro builds should always be a mage guild, so galtran will have some spells to help him.
1) 3-4 non-necro level 1-s
2) all zombies
3) 2 skels
4) 1 skel
5) all skels
6) 1 skel
7) 1 skel
Round 1:
vamps start and kill 1)
3) moves towards wights, wights kill 3)
4) soaks vamp's retal
5) hits vamps
6) moves towards wights to take their hit on turn 2
7) sticks around the middle (will be used when needed)
2) zombies hit vamps
round 2:
Vamps will probably hit zombies, but since they are a no-retal unit, it is hard to predict anything. Hasting your skeletons on round 1 is the best, if you don't have haste, slow the vamps down, if you don't have slow, cast shield on skeletons, or magic arrow vamps if your spellpower is good enough.
5) finishes off vamps
6) gets killed by wights
7) sticks around, trying to avoid getting killed.
2) the zombies are fiercely fighting the skeleton stack. You can shield them in the beginning of the round to help keep them alive.
round 3:
at that point you have wights in the bottom right corner, nearly dead skel stack (because your brave zombies were fighting it so fiercely) and an enemy 20-zombie stack to deal with. Use the big skel stack, zombie stack, 1-skel stack and your wits to bring you to a victory with minimal skeletal losses.

I would recommend posting pics instead, because not everyone has a good bandwidth, and not everyone can view those moves (i.e. I can't because I am at work  ). And even with a good bandwidth a few of those movies will take a while to load.

Heh, and that is just W. Media Player file, lowest in quality and size. Have for quick time and .avi as well, much better quality but 4-7 times bigger in size. 
Anyway, it wasn't my tactic, just basically tried to do what angelito posted before. 50 some pikemen, 30 gremlins vs full crypt.

What about DIVX 4 (or is 5 the newest one?) with a good encoding software? You don't need the movie, anyways, just a few good screenshots with some arrows of what moves where are good enough. I think they had some of those in earlier posts.

I think the movie is a good idea Neb. Itīs always easier to watch the whole fight than just looking at some pics. Iīm pretty sure, some new players learned a lot by watching it. Waiting for more to come

Doing crypt with rampart isn't that bad, could say actually is easy, especially if you get conflux hero with some troops. Or 2-3 serpent flies.
Though, I love bringing couple of dwarves in them, to fool a bit walking deads, and with their hp they will survive some time.

WinRAR did magic job with compressing these Quick Time files. From 6mb to around 1mb. 
Quite weird actually to me, as smaller .wmv (Windows Media Player files), which are also of lousier quality didn't compress 10% of what it did with qc files.
Would appreciate if you could download to see if they were correctly compressed.
But if all is ok, which I think it is, these 1mb files aren't that much to download, even on 56k modem.

i think ALL links doesn't work
so i have the following proposal: do not host pictures on external sites, make separate thread only for pictures, lock these threads and post links into appropriate threads...i don't think that there will be many pictures and much moderation work. am i right?

Is it possible to upload pictures to this site then? I allways put my pictures at photobucket never had problems with that site before.
But if you can upload them to here it would be a good solution.
