I think that Gangrail's WoG tourney site has new hero faces (thats wher i found out that you could actually have new faces)

There is a new set being created by Kitten,Byte,and I and Fnord is also adding a few possibilities but it is no where near ready at this time  With 3.58 in the works and personal life it is kinda on hold for now but there will be a new set that blows the last set away in my opinion. And if Byte has no problem with it I will post the link here to show you what we got so far. If he wants it to be a surprise then I will not post it.

I've been doing a little navigating here and there and for now, go to Google and type in Heroworld. It's an Asian site. May be bit hard to navigate around. I found that once I got there, I put my pointer on the areas to go to, and it highlights what I want. I found the Downloads sections, navigated my way through there and eventually found some hero faces as well as a Heroes Theme for my desktop and a bunch of other stuff. Even ModHomm was there. It was the only site I found that still has it.

I would have no problem with you posting the new faces, but seeings how you lost everything with XP.....
I don't have them because I had a problem with my sytem about a month ago and lost everything too.

Ummm... How do you download the pack? "Save (each) picture as..." ?!
The pics are named: 01b.jpg - it's the same as 01l.jpg, right("big" instead of "large")? I guess it works well.

Actually those are not ready for Dl they are just to show what we got but if want I can make them downloadable. Will take me a day or so but if needed I can make a quick dl set of those. To make it faster I can just make the set in generic form and give the list of all heroes file names and you can name the files yourself. Or I can take a little time to actually name the sets and just have to extract them to your dir. Let me know which you want and I will do it.

I figure you can do it any way you like. But if it was me, I would not name them or make it all downloadable as a package, because the series is'nt done. Instead, perhaps, just number them and make each portrait set downloadable separately. Just a suggestion. If we get time and our lives are in order, perhaps you guys would want to get back into making some more??.....

This is a good suggestion (I didn't notice the pack wasn't complete until Steve pointed it out). Anyway, I saved those that I liked... I'm currently using at least three sets: the original, alternative, French, yours, and various custom pics!

What I did in the past, was select which ones I liked from the french site, from Gans' site, and what I made on my own and just used those. Never thought about having various sets before, but that sounds interesting. But I have so many other "things" as far as graphics goes, and just a small laptop to operate from, I'm rather limited as to what I can have. Anymore,I no longer have new portraits, instead, I've switched my interests from portraits to scripts now, seeing they have more impact than portraits....

Yeah my 1st set was a kinda rush thing. I started it mainly to change some Necro heroes and then Xavier wanted me to show him how to do it and then he wanted a whole set and we made it in like a week or so. This time the pics are more together as in no actors then cartoons then drawings then this then that. I am real pleased with what I have so far and some of them are in the discussion of being removed as well. As for the Downloads I was gonna do it pic by pic for now. On my 1st set you can Dl all in 1 set or pic the ones you want by clicking on the pics. Oh 1 note for those that have WoG and want the pic for Nagash to be changed to the 1 I have for him Download the Nagash set it has 4 names instead of the usual 2 since in WoG he uses a diff File name. Took me a week to find that one LOL. Funny part is I learned how to do this from Bruno's site Modhomm and then I ended up joining the WoG team which is where I met Bruno for the 1st time. Small net world isn't it LOL.

Ever since this post came out, I just decided to get a new set of faces in my game. Most, I just made myself. A few I leave alone, Gelu, Sandro, Lord Haart(s) and a few others....If you can't find pcx's already made for your game, they are simple enough to make.
