Aquarium town: There is a thread for that. It has been discussed. Not considered a realistic option.
Volcano: We have one. It's called: "Asylum".
Abyss: We have one. It's called: "Necropolis".
Circus: You're kidding. Right?
Heaven: Perhaps. We put the angels there. Then what?
In other words, none of these options are realistic. Two of them don't work. Two of them already exist in some form and one is too specific. By the way, the Heaven looks slightly like my old Spirit Town, but they were not necesarilly heavenly-alligned.

the monsters in the circus town should die in a funny way on the battlefield (the homm team has a lot of experience with funny deaths).
and maybe there should be some monster that says: 'show must go on' before he dies.
what else? i guess it should be some kind of travelling circus style thing?
edit
in this town there might be this 'hero worrier' that someone wrote about a few months ago. hadn't seen something so funny for a long time.
