Here you have:
Hxd adresses

Units stats :
Starts at 00125360, the length of a single unit is 1C ( 28 ) . For example, peasant stats :
14 00 12 00 00 00 09 0C 01 00 00 00 01 01 00 01 01 01 01 05 00 03 00 12 00 05 00 00
First two bytes are price . They are inverted so , for example, the paladin price ( 600 - 0258 ) is 5802.
The eighth is growth .
Thirteenth is HP .
Next is speed ( 01 - slow, 02 - medium, 03 - fast ) .
Sixteenth and seventeenth are attack and defense , later damage .
Twenty - first are shots .
The last is type ( 00 - normal; 01 - two hex size ; 02 - flying; 03 - two hex size and flying; 04 - shooting, you need SHOOTnumber . 82M
and unitname. atk files in HEROES. DAT) . If you need some specific ability ( for example, a double attack or magic resistant ) , check it at
the unit that owns it.

Knight armies . 00 1E 32 is a peasant . 00 is the type of unit ( 00 is a peasant , 1B is a genie ) , 1 E is the minimum amount, 32 is
maximum . The third unit is the relic of the beta version and will never appear .

To find it in windows simply search by unit stats eg. archer because peasant od 1111 and od a lot numbers like that...

I don't know how to open or edit which file,use what tools?
And I have other question,I want to chance unit like paladin to angle,or change paladin 6th unit to 3th unit in castle,change the 82m files besides need somemore change?

Your txt is corrupted and I do not uderstand all.
File name is heroes.exe. Usually its exe sometimes dll...
You must use hexadecimal editor. Its simply txt editor but for codes. Nothing hard.
You can use mobile or pc version... A lot od Free tools.
Eg. HxD editor is powerfull tool for big files with advanced options. But for H1 first simply one is enough.

I find the HED ,and I can do something now!
But have 2 problem,1 is I can't find the code with units ability,the units stats I try to edit,nothing happen!Like price.speed.growth. etc
also right,but not ability!How can I find them.
2 is I want to  in place of units,for exampel angle in place of paladin,I try to in place of atks.82m/move.82m/wince.82m and .std .wlk,but will go wrong.

Only known way to change ability is replacing graphics. In unit code you can only give flying and shooting. I think that best solution is give double attack to swordsman and have flying angels and duble attacking other units. It is possible changing unit between buildings too. You must find code 0001020304 etc to 0a0b0c0d etc. Its recruitment order. Peasant has code 00 archer 01 etc. Simply you can change number. Second option is replacing graphics as in the Morglin mod. Its best solution od you have special ability for your unit.

No codes from 00 to 11 is not a lot. It must be 24 values because you have 24 recrutable units.
It is at the beginnig of buliding costs. Near :
00x 124 C40 - building prices .
Its a lot of exe-s so I cant give one adress...

Where you need change name? In the city? Only known way od searching word eg. peasant and simply rename to eg. archer.
