The reason you are having trouble with logging has 3 known causes. Your situation likely has 2 of the 3 causes, as are most cases.
The Causes:
1.) You are blonde.
2.) You are a noob.
3.) You are Canadian.
Note choices two and three in italics. These are most certainly your problems with log in trouble. However both causes of them are dependant upon each other in order to result in if you were not either a noob or a Canadian, you would be all set. Smart American noobs do not have troubles logging in.
However, Canadian veterans eventually learn the proper way to log in as you just did from your fellow countrymen. I can only hope that you aren't blonde or you shall soon forget how to log in properly after but a mere fortnight. (which is a big word for 2 weeks)

I would just like to complain about the QP awarded to terje_the_fat_bozo for his demeaning and disgusting thread "Old Soviet Jokes". It is not fun when people pick on the glorious Paradise of Workers, and quite frankly, I find it appaling that such immature acts can be awarded and indirectly encouraged through QPs.

Btw, pandora:
I saw you mentioning something somewhere about how you hate it when threads you give a QP dies. And it might seem like Old Soviet Jokes is dead for the next week or so, but I intend to post at least twice as many jokes as I have, but I'm quite busy in RL now, so I won't always have the time do update it.
Am I considerate, or what?

A joke thread isn't quite the same as the type I was referring to. I meant threads where someone has a great idea, posts something and lots of members like it, then once the QP is given, the thread gets dropped.
