Necro heroes arent bad if your going necro. But because they all have necromancy, you get skeletons...which ruins the morale of your army. Necro heroes dont get leadership to counter that anyway.
Even if you dump your skeletons after every battle, you still have a waste of a valuable secondary skill.
And as for luck...No I dont underestimate it. Casting misfortune on a lucky army isnt a noobish thing...What I meant was casting misfortune on a neutral luck army. That would be pointless.

I would have around 48 spells in mind (at least  ) before I would even think about casting misfortune...
There are tons of possibilities to raise your moral, so there will never be a need to dismiss skeletons who will be the strongest force in your army soon enough!

A nobish thing is to chose to a necromancer leadership skill
or to be nervous,to be scared cause some enemy can cast curse or blind on your undead army
TO gain Elixir of Life artifact for an undead army

maybe not but i like zombie,i always look like they die hard.
....to sacriface your all army to make skelets
( i did once,In campaign Long Live THe King when need to gain 2,5k skelets )

Yep, it was funny to transfrom Vamps and Dread Knights in skellies.
But that's the only moment when I transformed lvl.3+ creatures.

In all the heroes games I get annoyed when I forget to build on a day whether it be in the main castle or a secondary one.
