It is a communist country after all so that is official information
from what I've heard if you ask a chinese if he/she is taoist he says yes and ask again if he is kungfutsist??????(definitely not the right word) he/she says yes again...

Chinese people can't drink milk coz they miss some kind of "encyme".
Others:
Sweden: All girls are blonde
Italian: All men are small
Japan: Every japanese has a camera
England: They like warm beer more than cold.

lol, the correct word is confucian i believe. though your assumption is correct in some way, i think lots of chinese do Kung Fu

Yep, a good bunch of us are lactose intolerant. However (strangely), it only applies to milk, not milk products. I've eaten half a gallon of ice cream in one sitting before. No problems.
