Music Replacement

I posted this in the Heroes V section as well, couldn't hurt I figured

Do you guys replace the town and terrain music and if so, with what songs?

I pretty much covered any terrain / town in my own game.

Castle - The Summoning - A new power is rising (Fits really well, marching-style somewhat )
Inferno - Bruce Faulconer - Destruction (DBZ soundtrack)
Rampart - Gravitation soundtrack - 09 Missing Piece
Dungeon - The Summoning - In hollow Halls beneath the Fells
Tower - Bruce Faulconer - Goku And Gohan In Time Chamber (DBZ soundtrack)
Necropolis - Bruce Faulconer - Vegeta's theme: Hell's bells (DBZ soundtrack)
Fortress - Jak And Daxter Soundtrack - Boggy Swamp
Stronghold - Bruce Faulconer - vegeta Gets Bean / Supernamen edit (DBZ souundtrack)

Combat 01 - Bruce Faulconer - Dead Zone (DBZ soundtrack)
Combat 02 - Bruce Faulconer - The Ginyu Force (DBZ soundtrack)
Combat 03 - Gundam Wing Soundtrack - Duel
Combat 04 - Gundam Wing Soundtrack - OZ Theme

Grass - Bruce Faulconer - Ox King consoles (DBZ soundtrack)
Rough - Bruce Faulconer - The Howling (DBZ soundtrack)
Sand - Ratchet and Clank 3 soundtrack - Obani Gemini
Snow - Jak And Daxter soundtrack - Snowy Mountain
Swamp - Gundam Wing soundtrack - Heero's dream

Probably a useless thread but ah well, I'll see.

I replaced my Heroes 3 music with Heroes 2 and 4 music, the only two good sets of music in the whole series.  Heroes 2 music is beautiful, Heroes 4 powerful and strong.  3 and 5 are mostly worthless and unfortunately I've never played H1 so I wouldn't know.

That is all subjective opinion. I think H3 music was fine tho H2 surely is nice.

I tend to change music themes every now and then simply to add variety to the game, and make long games seem less boring

I use HoMM 2, 3 and 4 music in my H3. For those who don't know much about it, just make sure it is in mp3 format and named exactly as it shows on the particular music file you want to replace. And, you can add any kind of music you want, really. I stick to classic HoMM music myself.

I don't like that opera in H4 but Seaman-theme is beautiful.

The opera in Heroes IV is just annoying. Very annoying. There's a few tunes there that's nice, but overall the music is distracting. I love the music in Heroes III. But I mostly turn off the sound and put on Winamp instead.

I like most H4 music except certain haven and nature themes

Sea theme "rulzorz!" I like H3 music too, though. never heard H2.

H3 and H2 are my favorite music styles. You can't really compare them though, as H2 is opera-style and H3 is symphonic. Two totally different genres.

They're both great though, and I'm planning on sticking H2 music and H3 combat themes into H5.

Has anyone tried to use H4 songs to replace H3 songs, like nature music to rampart and the battle musics stuff? I think it would be awesome, sry for bumping an ol dthread, but it's better than start a new thread.
