A question
Ive looked for something and i didnt find it so i ask you...
is there any patch for heroes3 that can give me the ability to put a password on my army? if you played Civilization 4 you know what im talking about, there its called Civ Password... is there any update or patch that does it in heroes also??

No its not cheats, for example if you play a multiplayer game and you dont finish it so you save the game.
but in the meantime some1 can look at your army from the saved game until the next time you load and continue the game with him and that sux.
so with that password you can lock your army and then in every begining of a turn you need to put that password in order to play with the army.

and there is that option in Civ4

I do know what you mean, i have played that game many many times.
But there is no such thing in WoG..

so what is your solution to this case? to count on your enemies that they wont look? cuz your cant always finish a game if it takes more then 3-4 hours

No. When you play a H3 multiplayer game, any player can save the game, right (or at least the player who started the game) ? Let's say a group of players chooses to continue the game tomorrow. The saved game can be loaded in single-player mode. This gives a player the opportunity to use cheats and see the whole map and stuff.
There is no such thing in H3, and I don't think there will ever be. It would be a nice addition in Heroes 6 though.

this is called "savegame and map protection". It's planned for next TE version (no exact date when it will be released though). More information about homm3:TE you can read in WCL sub-forum here at Heroescommunity
