SoD on DVD?

Does anyone know if Ubisoft intends to publish the expansion and/or the two DLC in a hard disk form instead of as download content?

I really prefer having the disks in hand.

Can you find a link where the DVD version is offered? All I can find on ubi's pages are links to download only.

Catch here is that Physical DVD is not offered in every country, and the available offers online are based on your location.
