Heroes power rating

Hello i decided to make a list with (in my opinion heroes3-heroes power rating)
I dont know if it was allrdy posted-but i cant find such a thread so ill make one
It will be in form of Tier1,Tier2  and so on its based on my multiplayer expiriance
Exception is for "necro" heroes they are not used for this list i usually play without necromancy heroes.
Also i hope to point some of thier pros and cons.

Tier1(in my opinion strongest heroes)

Crag hack -spec offence, Advanced offence

pros:
-Barb-in general barbs have best skill tree, i think there is thread allrdy u can check it out
-second-best speciality for end game battle and its very strong against the map
-also barbs have best stats restribution
-even on lvl1 crag can add u +40% damage for melee creatures if your creature basic attack is even with enemy defens
cons:
-Starts with advanced skill on lvl1 sometimes  u will end with archery or ballistic that are not very good skills
barbs have 7/112 for archery and 8/112 for ballistic or some other bad skill

Gunnar- spec logistics, Logistics + Tactic

pros:
-his speciality is very strong
-overlords have 2nd best skill tree in game in my opinion
-starts with 2 skills and with overlords skill tree very likely to end up really fast with offence/log/tac/earth/armorer
cons:
-overlords stats restribution is not very good  40%/35%/15%/10%

Tier2

Tazar-spec armorer,advanced armorer

pros:
-strongest speciality for end game battles
cons:
-beastmasters gain alot of defens and thats close to useless against the map only good vs some shooters
-beast masters tend to get water magic( its not allways bad but most of time) and 1/112 air
also high in archery and artillery, now combine thies 2 with his starting advanced armorer and u sometimes
get one really messed up hero

Montere spec magic ele. Offence+Logistics

pros:
-he starts with 2 of the most important skills in this game(they are 3 offence/logistic/earth)
-alltough skill tree of planeswalker's is not really good just starting with thies 2 is usually enough he will hardly fail u
cons:
-his speciality is useless considering most of time conflux is by rules banned

Tyraxor spec wolf rider , offence+ tactic

pros:
-he is one of most stable heroes in the game barb+2 very good skills will make him like 90% end with
offence/tactic/air/earth/logistics usually there is not much more u want from a hero
-also his stat restribution
cons:
-if u are not stronghold and u use him his speciality is useless

Tier 3( here are plenty of heroes so i wont go in details for everyone of them)

barbs-Krellion,Gretchin,Jabarkas,Gurnisson

pros:
-all start with offence
-barb+stats restribution
cons:
-2 of them start with situational skill(gretchin+krellion) and other 2 start with average skill(jabarkas+gurnisson)

Sir Mullich- spec +2 speed advanced leadership

pros:
-speed+2 to your creatures is allways usefull for against map and in end battle,also when your hero
ends turn with 1 pixie in his inventory he gets + some movement points for next turn

cons:
-leadership is average skill
-he is risky starts with advanced skill from lvl1
-he is knight-they have average skill tree

Alkin: spec. gorgons offence+armorer(was thinking to put him in tier 2 your opinion?)

pros:
-beastmasters have 5/112 for offence but he starts with offence its very strong bonus for a beastmaster
he is hard to messup starting with 2 skills (both very usefull)

cons:
-his speciality even if u are with fortress is hardly going to help much and if u are not its useless
as any other beast master alot of points in defens early dont help against the map

Kyrre( was thinking to put him in Tier2 but he just dissapointed me 2 many times): spec logistic, logistic+archery

pros:
-very strong speciality
cons:
-ranger they have bad skill tree
-starts with archery that is average skill

Dessa:spec logistic logistic+ wisdom

pros:
-very strong speciality
cons:
-battle mage skill tree is average
-stats retribution is very bad
-starts with wisdom

Mephala: spec armorer leadership +armorer

pros:
-strongest speciality for end game battle
cons:
-starts with leadership
-ranger

Dace(minotaurs) +Shakty(trogs): they both start with same skills offence+tactic

pros:
-they are overlords with good skill tree so with 2 good starting skills usually will become good for main
fast logistic and earth to be expected
cons:
-not good stat restribution
-if u are dungeon its obvious whos speciality is better and would be prefered pick
but when u use them with other towns both spec. are useless

Damacon: spec +350gold  advanced offence( not sure if he should be here)

pros:
-overlord and considering thier high chanse for log/earth he is good to gamble with he can get
by lvl 7-8 exp logistics+exp earth
cons:
-speciality is weak and he is gamble hero dont know if its good or bad lol.

Pyre:spec. ballistic logistic+artellery(not sure if this hero deservs to be here)

pros:
-she starts with logistic and thats it
cons:
-artillery is average skill
-demoniacs have average skill tree
-bad stat restribution

Tier4(alot of heroes again)
btw most of thier pros/cons have been allrdy mentioned

Shiva-just barb

Yog-again just a barb

Terek-battle mage with good speciality

Ivor: spec elves offence + archery

pros:
-if u pick him with rampard he comes with great starting army 0-12 elves
cons:
-ranger
-archery
-if u use him with other town he is mmm weak his speciality useless he is still ranger and he still has archery

Thorgrim spec. resistance ,advanced resistance

pros:
-his speciality can win u games

cons:
-starting with advanced skill and on top of that being ranger usually will lead to bed results with skills

Bron ,Drakon ,Wystan,Korbac, Gerwulf

pros:
-they are all beastmasters
-bron can start with 6-7 basiliscs,drakon with 50+/- gnolls, korbac with several dragon fly
that will save u from building dragon fly day 1 and u wont spend 2k gold to buy 1 for each scout u start with them now.

cons :
-they all have atleast one situational skill(bron+korbac) or one average skill(wystan+gerwulf+drakon)

Nymus spec pit fiend , advanced offence

pros:
-here u just rely on demoniacs skill tree they have 10/112 in logistic and pray u get it veery soon
-advanced offence start is allways good
cons:
-demoniac skill tree is average, speciality sux even if u are with inferno
-advanced skill on lvl 1 is allways risky

Marius: spec. Demons,advanced armorer

pros:
-if u did well with demon hoarding his speciality is good
-still u pray on 10/112 for logistic to show up asap

cons:
-his speciality can be useless if u are not inferno
-demoniac
-advanced skill on lvl1 is allways risky

Neela: spec armorer , scholar + armorer

pros:
-best speciality for end game battle
cons:
-alchemist really bad skill tree
-starts with scholar useless skill
-bad stats restribution

Arlach spec.artillery offence+ artillery

pros:
-overlord skill tree
cons:
-average speciality
-artillery is average skill

Tyris:spec. cavaliers leadership + tactic

pros:
-starting with tactic if that counts?
cons:
-leadership starting skill
-knight

Orrin(this guy is highly overrated): speciality archery leadership +archery

pros:
-he has fine speciality that is good against the map but nothing special in end battles
cons:
-leadership
-knight
-and if u dont have reliable stack of shooters his speciality is useless for endbattle+against map
and automatically his archery skill becomes useless ( i consider him situational)

Sorsha:spec swordsman,offence + leadership

pros:
-starts with offence
cons:
-leadership
-knight
-her speciality even with castle is nothing special if u are not castle its useless

Valeska: spec. archers, leadership +archery

pros:
-speciality is good if u are castle
-her starting army can be 20 archers if u are lucky
cons:
-if u are not castle and u didnt pick valeska for her starting army she is completely useless
so she can be main only if u are castle and u picked her for her starting troops and u was not given
any better hero in tavern
-leadership
-archery
-knight

Edric:spec griffins ,leadership +armorer

pros:
-armorer
sometimes starting with several griffins will help in some specific fight vs shooters

cons:
-kngiht
-leadership

Grindan( i was thinking to place him in Tier3): speciality 350g, wisdom+earth magic

pros:
-fast acces to mass slow!
-with his bad skill tree u are free to pick scholars

cons:
-wisdom
-elementalist
-bad stats restribution


So thats my Hero rating lmk what u think and ofc. if some hero should be moved in higher but please explain why
also if u want to add some pros/cons that i missed plz do so.
Just to say that any hero from Tier 3 can beat a hero from Tier 1/2 usually even heroes from Tier 4
have thier chanse in right hands with right map vs heroes from any other Tier.
