So. I visited Breitbart and now understand better the hysteria around.

Yeah...my posting a "single-lecture" about a "single-topic" and the usual-suspect bombs fly...Nazi, Hitler, KKK etc.

Now now, you didn't link Breitbart, you linked John Birch Society. I specifically objected to John Birch Society "lecturing" us about the Constitution because when people in the U.S. marched for their rights that is supposed to be protected by that very Constitution, JBS called it a communist plot. That, I think, is quite concrete and it's not marginalizing an innocent organization. And when you replied "how can you know, you're not from here, after all," what I said was "you don't have to be a German to know about the Nazis, do you?"

You are against current Middle-East policies of the U.S., I am against current Middle-East policies of the US, Sal is against current Middle-East policies of the U.S. ... and guess what, ISIS is against current Middle-East policies of the U.S.. Now, had someone linked a video of ISIS explaining how the U.S. should change their ways in the Middle-East, and in return, had someone replied to that "ISIS, really," would it make sense to be saying "Yeah...my posting a single-lecture about a single-topic and the usual-suspect bombs fly...Jihadists, radical Islam, terrorists etc."

I think my dear Artu you are not stopping to remember someone other than you, er, had a little more to say?

And the whole history of any ORG does not mean squat to me much anymore when it comes to politics in general. I take every instance one at a time. That video...if you have yet even bothered to watch the thing...is spot-on. Btw, two, including you, trashed the OP without even watching the vid first. Now does that sound much more like rigid-bias? Hell yes my obstinate friend!

For me when it comes to people or Org. it is; "What have you done (or said) lately?" As Dylan would say; "The Times are a Changin'" People change and so do their needs.

Well, it's 90 minutes, you cant just check it out, it's like you have to reserve an evening to it. And if all bad deeds are in the past and the only thing they do is defend the Constitution now, I wonder why in 2010's, even the conservative unions vote note to invite them to summits. As I said, I will check it out sometime, but law is a sophisticated field and if they're taking some lines out of context and make it look like the Constitution supports them while it doesn't, I'm afraid I wont be able to notice it.

Hmm, so if you cannot flash-peruse? What? I didn't exactly place any timeline...now did I?

Yes it is a dry-drag Artu. However, our Constitution is not exactly a short-story. But after all...it is about how we keep the "you know who's" from halting the advancement of people and choosing Machines & Greed instead. Might be worth much more time than 90 minutes to actually solve some of the problems in Governments all around the world? Or rethink and actually take a step forward?

As I have lived, I have found that generally "legal-jargon" (the endlessly growing language surrounding expanding laws and loss of freedoms) is seldom simple words addressing a correction or other new need regarding a LAW but merely a complicated strategy to fog comprehension of the "We the people" of often hidden-purpose or greedy-gain. i.e. A million word "Terms of Acceptance in legal-jargon" is the most effective way to hand some entity your freedom of privacy for the free-whatever-BS accepted by each individual. Now imagine that not happening for an app or site but instead with the powers that govern your entire life?

Furthermore, as the Professor points out, huge mistakes have been made because we have had those in power not understand the basic groundwork of the Constitution and un-intentionally do far more harm than the intended good. I'll add...providing we yet have such innocent changes & out-comes.

If you are an American, you need to invest the 90 minutes and listen to this very effective (but simple) educational explanation. Even if you live somewhere else, fully understanding what SHOULD be the rights and power of a Nation's citizens...<imvho> is still very important.
