Daily Wire? Lol, ok.
Maybe just find the real source.
Filing a lawsuit doesn't really mean anything. When they win it any lawsuit whatsoever, then maybe I'll be interested.

Gnomes2169 said: these are also the people who published the whole "Hillary and Obama are part of a secret leftist cabal that murders children to drink their blood and praise Satan" video
I used to read back in time some of their columns and I never came on such thing, do you have a link to support this?
You know what Sal? You're right, and that was my bad. I misattributed a Q-Anon video to them that was released a week or so before the election that tried to provide "evidence" of Pizzagate (god it's been so long since I heard that name, but it just KEEPS COMING BACK,) and alleged most of the acts that Pizzagate was based on. So my dang on that, and I will retract that claim.
I'll still substitute that friggen Ben Shapiro left them because they refused to try and protect or seek justice for journalists wronged by their political associates. (Full context, Breitbart was shifting further and further right to appeal to alt-right and Trump supporters, a move that Ben was at the time vocally against. Then, to quote his own wiki article: "In March 2016, Shapiro resigned from his position as editor-at-large of Breitbart News following what he characterized as the website's lack of support for reporter Michelle Fields in response to her alleged assault by Corey Lewandowski, Donald Trump's former campaign manager[27][28] in spite of video and eyewitness evidence of the assault.")
Which Breitbart then ran a since-removed story under his father's pen-name denouncing Ben with anti-semetic labels, sparking an anti-semitic crowd to go after him in such a frenzy that, in 2016 he was the most targeted individual in the world for anti-semites. More than George Soros, more than any Israeli politician. And it's only kinda petered off in the years since.
Which was... uh... pretty scummy? Yeah. We'll go with that. The editor who wrote the original piece apologized for it... But it hardly mattered, because the damage had already been done.
Breitbart also has not shifted ideologically from the place where they thought attacking and treating their reporters and columnists as expendable tools in order to schmooze up to right-wing demagogues was an acceptable practice. They also just are not that great at researching evidence that is not politically convenient for them or their sponsors, and are perfectly happy to run unverified propaganda that supports their sponsors. They're hardly unique in their blindness, and that trait runs the entire political reporting spectrum, but they are extra bad at it even when compared to the average.
... All of that to say, if they are the only source on a topic, I am happy to doubt and discount the veracity of their statements until someone actually reputable pops up with the same story. Or, in this case, until Cor posted the court documents.
Because Breitbart just sucks that much.
... But anyway, it will be funny to see how badly Texas loses this court case. They haven't even brought their state prosecutor's office into this one, even though said office was arguing on behalf of the state before the Supreme Court just last month. The crash and burn will be utterly spectacular.

It's going to take some gymnastics just to establish they have standing to file the lawsuit in the first place (their argument on that score is pretty silly), to say nothing of actually proving their case. But hey, its 2020, soooooo just another hill on the roller coaster.

What I find truly amazing is hearing the President of the United States calling his own country a third world country... I would be shocked if I hadn't used all my "shock reserves" already. Nevertheless, Trump truly is a gift that just keeps on giving.

US Supreme Court unanimously declines to block certification of the Pennsylvania vote. Wow, that was quick. And just a one line decision. Ouch.

... Read the literal next sentence of that post, Sal. Who do you think I'm talking about when I say that Breitbart is hardly unique, especially when I specify that it runs the gamut of the political spectrum? Jeebus man. Learn to skim read better.

Anyone who uses Breitbart as a source is not worth taken seriously. Heck it is banned as a reliable source even in Wikipedia.

Which is of course nonsense. Link us to something like that, please. Should be a piece of cake. Because wikipedia CITES sources only, as a rule. It doesn't invent any labels.

Your quote is not a general comment, but part of a timeline that reads:
Quote: Breitbart News aligned with the alt-right under the management of former executive chairman Steve Bannon,[15] who declared the website "the platform for the alt-right" in 2016.[16] In 2016, Breitbart News became a virtual rallying spot for supporters of Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.[10] The company's management, together with former staff member Milo Yiannopoulos, solicited ideas for stories from, and worked to advance and market ideas of, neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups and individuals.[17][18].
So what you quoted ACTUALLY reads, "AFTER Breitbart became a rallying spot for Trump supporters in 2016, the company's management ... solicited ideas for stories from and worked to advance and market ideas of noe-Nazi and white supremacist groups and individuals.
You linked to the 17 and 18 sources cited. 17 is basically just about the piece of investigative journalism you are looking for (because it shows the bond precisely) and links to it on multiple occasions: this, while 18 starts with that and then puts it into a broader context linking to a lot more articles.
