Help with Hero Speciality/Portait customization (Homm3 Hota)

Hi guys, I'm sure these two questions have been answered in the forums already but I haven't been able to find.

I'm wondering if there is a way to make a Knight with say armorer specialty for my campaigns?

Also could someone point me to a guide on making custom hero portraits again ?
