Wow Andi I cant believe you are helping us 
Heres one I bet not many of you knew.
Did you know if you play nec & if you wear thy any artifact that gives you life like life rings & that vial blood that increases your HP by 2 then you nec skill goes down tremendously

Another peice of info.. either not many practice.. or not many know of..
WHen Demon raising, those health artis that can hurt necros harvest soo much, actually greatly improve the demon farm.
The reason for this of course that if for exaple 9 imps have 36 health which creates 1 demon, 9 imps with say +3 health all of sudden provides 63 health, the demon still requires only 38..
Difficult to explain maybe.. but hell it works for me

One I found out the hard way awhile back....
Any heroes with the armour secondary skill take double damage from any type of castle's towers during a seige. Hint: Balista skill is a must have with armour skill. 
Most of you probably know this already, so call me stupid.

- cloned archangels can resurrect allies too (ps: expert water magic is required for cloning lvl7's)
- cloned creatures get affected by artifacts (speed arties, resistance arties etc)
(as if you did not know)

Also if you have 2 badge of courage, you only get the bonus as if you have 1 on, i don't know if it works with other arties that give +1 moral or +1 luck.... you guys probably know this so ill just shut up now...

heroes with luck has more chance to find artifacts from coprse or crypts.
expert frenzy is one of the useful spell people must try it
first aid speciality heroes are very useful if you like to clear map with 2 or 3 level7's
best hero on this game is craghack no doubt

Somebody asked why hydras make bone dragons in skeleton transformers. That's quite simple. The hydra and the dragon are related. Besides, would you prefer transforming a hydra into a skeleton? Now THAT would be a bad thing. Besides, wyverns, as a species of the dragon, should also be raised as boners.

If you're in attacking army and you have swordmen they have the sword in their right hand. But when you're in defendin army they suddenly become left-handed! And when your swords men turn around they switch the weapon hands. This works on every creature. Even on zombies.

The price of artifacts at your artifact merchants and I think the black markets is based upon the number of towns you control. The more towns you control the better the rates.
Orb of inhibition affects Angelic Alliance but not Armor of the Damned.

Maybe because if it would affect Armor of the Damned, it would make the combo absolutely useless as a combo? Just imagine, a combo that doesn't do anything except the effects of the individual parts...

Actually Gootch..
Black Market is the lowest price you can buy artifacts anywhere on map.. unless you control 5 towns with artifact merchants in each of them.. I beleive that it works the same way as the Markets/trading posts..
Another interesting peice of info that lost me a game today..
Orb of Vulnerability..
Cancels any and all artifact based immunities as well.
Ie: Badge of COurage, Pendant of Negativity.. the black orb cancels these.
What an odd artifact.. "Ignores the NATURAL magic resistance of any creature on the battle feild." hmmm artifacts must be natural as well.
