Keyboard encoding
This has bugged me always but I never really tried to solve it: Does anyone perhaps knows is it possible to change encoding in Heroes? z is y in my game, i wont to revert that, and similiar stuff?

This is a common thing, not related to Heroes.
I remember that when pressing some keys it will switch back to normal. I don't know which keys though...

The sequence is:
Alt-SHIFT, release, Alt-SHIFT, release, Alt-SHIFT, release
That is, you press Alt, then press Shift, then release both. Then repeat it again, 3 times in total.

Where do I need to press it? I tried ingame with the type cursor active and inactive but no change.

Try the left Alt & Shift (it's what I used).
I have no idea how it is in Heroes 3 but it did work in Notepad. Try pressing it where you originally pressed it by accident.

It works in Notepad now after I have installed english keyboard layout as well. But it doesn't work in Heroes...
