Cannot host or join a IPX multiplayer game???

Why's this happening? Does anyone know? I'm on a router (If that's the box in the room next to my own room).

I was also wondering: Is it possible to host a multiplayer session in TCP/IP or IPX without using Hamachi? I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

I recently noticed that you can indeed play through a LAN with TCP/IP, and that IPX is an older "method" of hosting or joining online sessions.
