Seer's hut in RMG.
I just played a jebus L random map with 5+ huts on my terrain. Needless to say I did not find any of the artifacts requested.
Are they of any use in the actual format? If not could there be less of them but with more chances of actually finding the artifact in your zone? (Maybe better guarded...)

In RMG: Could neutral towns always be guarded?
Like a full standard random hero army of that respective race?
Taking a neutral town should take a little more strategy than just walk in with one hero from your horde of secondary ones.

To complete a quest in a real (online) game is not very easy, but quite possible and usually worth it. The quest-hut provides the reward similar to pandora box, but bigger (becuase you have to find the artifact and bring it back, wasting tempo for that). It would ruin the whole idea, if you could find the artifact in your zone. Why to call it quest then? Why not just place a pandora box? The most probable distance from the quest-hut to the quest art (based upon algorithm) is 1 additional zone between their ones.

No need to reduce RNG. Especially if it turns against the player
P.S.
As for scrolls and spells in spellbook I think it is an interesting suggestion, but imho it would be more adequate to see from your spellbook which spells are provided by scroll and which do you know firmly. But maybe it is rather a suggestion for HD mod. Anyway, will bring the suggestion in, thanks hcl!

If Google Translate hasn't screwed the translation (I'm such a fool, I know ) there's a new neutral unit (Satyr), a new Artifact Set (Ogre Iron Fist or sth like that), a couple of new Creature Banks, some new adv. map buildings (Skeleton converter, another building removes negative morale until next battle) plus the 'usual' extras (bugs fixed, some creature animations adjusted, new adv. graphics, etc...)
Downloading
Edit: a couple of pics!

Ah, right. My translation program has somehow set itself to auto-translate, and it wiped out the links in translating things. Also screwed up the organisation for the changelog.

Ahh, the Satyrs!
I would really like the upgraded version as well, so that I can include them to my own mod. Hopefully, there will come a time that HotA team will share all of its work.
Happy new year everybody!

Great work guys! You did it again! Not much new, but it has always been "quantity over quality", right?
Apart from minor bugs and problems with Satyr I can complain only about Orcs: Was the change in Orc design needed? Previous version was just fine, now we have green creature that looks like taken from Angry Birds game :/.

Worth the weight
1EDIT:I'm not sure if I like the changes you've made to the pikemen, they looked fine before.
2EDIT: Are the shoulders of the Satyrs supposed to look like that?
something about them just look extremely off to me.

Orcs now green. But they look a bit humorous now, their face is like of platypus now.
Halberdiers look like concistadors now. It's like Castle started upgrading to next era. How about changing archers/marksmen to concistadors with guns in next HOTA?

This satyr can be used as upgrade for previous satyr (it has more hair and holds fluite, and uses magic), and of the same height as old.

For you to know, the Castle faction is composed with great regards to the Renaissance. Conquistadors existed in the times of the colonization of the Americas, which is in fact the same.
And the new pikemen don't look like conquistadors anyway.
