For SP it's a matter of Yes/No with a maybe in controlled situations, like giving you the Air Tome and ask for it some time later with an unavoidable quest. How many times may concerne MP players but for us SPs and mapmakers, it worries only the ones who keep complaining the game is flawed but then treat it like it's perfect.
The reason DD has to be banned from custom maps is: you can surpass any block with it. The reason DD doesn't have to be banned from random MP maps is: they agree with rules that give it a limited use. You basically aren't talking about the same thing.

Well I considered things might be different depending on singleplayer or multiplayer. You can vote "Other" then, if the options I choose don't fit your answer.
In HotA you can't really cheat guards with DD, but yeah if you can, I agree it should be banned.

I already voted and it was "Other", don't know what happened. If there is any limitation to the surpass of blocks is enforced by the Tournament Rules, that are a Baratorch/HD feature, not an HotA feature but I don't know much about that, cause I never use it.
