You wanna start a new role-play with me?
First, I'd like to thank everybody for your kind welcomes 
Now about the role-play:
I write phantasy stories sometimes.
I hope one day I will collect them in a novel, but this day is far ahead in the future yet.
So let us now have fun on some of my subjects.
The story is based on Slavic mythology and paganism.
There is a town Severin (North-town) somewhere in the North-East. It had been ruled by a mighty despot (ruler) which unfortunately had recently died. His 7 sons started wars for power. The second son Yaromer (Great-fury) holds the town now, unified with his youngest brothers. First son Slomir (Snapper) is recruiting forces in the west of the small kingdom, near the tower Brodnin (Ford-tower), at the Izla river.
Third son Beloyar (Bright-white) had been killed in a battle. On his way to Underworld spring-goddess Lelya gave him a second chance to live, charging him to follow divine orders. Deities expect evil god Chernobog (Black-god) to appear in a human body and try to occupy the whole civilised world. They can directly stop him, as this will violate and ruin the World Order and primitive Chaos will rise up. So gods need Beloyar to do their work on earth.
Beloyar is ME
I am not interested in the throne and I don't want to take part in the civil wars. I just needed to review the crypt of the main Troyan's temple in Severin as deities have ordered me. So I went in Severin, but my older brother Yaromer caught me and put me in his castle's dungeon.
How will I escape?
I have to get to the secret tunnels that leed out of the town and then go to South, to the Wolf-mountains.
Who wants to be Yaromer and Slomir?
How will you continue the story for the next few moves?
What new images would you insert and where?

Ohoh! I see it for the first time.
I've been asking a role-playing game for a while, and I didn't see this thread.
But nobody seems interested. So if some persons decide to join, I'll play Yaromer.
Howmany characters do you need?

Ill be Slomir!!!, it sounds like fun, i think that since i haveno idea of your quest or anything, that i would be going around trying to get my other brothers? support along with any famous or wellknown hero's help in the Tavern of the Rising Sun that lies on the borders of the Country ( to the west of course)
... is this the kind of thing you had in mind?

Ok, we are four now
a good beginning. Some questions before going. Should there be a game master or something? Or do we just have to to do it well, respecting the ideas of the others (especially ennemies), and trying to not breaking all what they do?
I'll read the story maybe twice again and I'll be ready to start.

it could be better
if Ogneslav sent a sign of presence. Making the story without its starter should be less good.

Sorry for delay - I was out of town for the Easter-celebrations and have just got back earlier today. My sister broke all my painted eggs 
A bit more of the story:
Somewhere beyond the Wolf-mountains is the Fiery Sphere - the supreme quarters of the fiery cult. I have to get there top be tought the Art (magic) of Fire.
Btw how should we create some rules?
We need few essential ones, 'cause otherwise somebody could "evoke the highest gods" or "concentrate the world power" and kill us all

Some rules ideas
Hmmm. I think, no god summoning, no mass destruction, but it's not all.
I think none of us must considere that he's strong. Even Slomir and Yaromer (me), everybody must have limitations for any reson that he can create himself, and must have some good ideas to reach his goals.
I'll continue with some questions:
Do we have the right to kill other mlayers, and if yes, with which limitations?
Do we have the right to make the characters of other players speek in our part?

Some new questions about the story.
Which interest do I have to keep Beloyar in my dungeon?
Why do Beloyar need to review the Crypt of the Troyan's temple in Severin? First does he know why gods asked him to do that? Or maybe he can't reveal it to others?
Is Troyan a goddess?
I'm quite ready to start, I just need the answers to these quesions and these in my precedent post.

Complicated yes, but generally not boring. Hmm, no matter. I'll try to send Ogneslav an e-mail soon. The detail which disturbs me the most is the absence of master. A master could give the right to a character to do some things, by example for killing, you should have a GOOD reason and the master should give you the permission to kill.

Player killing should be acepted but it should be a very good reason to do that. About realism, I think that everybody should act widin human bounds.
