Well, my target was the wtf thread because you wouldn't expect a procedure as charging somali pirates to be done 48 hours, like a bicycle thief. So giving a penalty to french police for not being able to charge them properly in 48 hours is a joke. In fact, by using such unrealistic delays you finish by either relax criminals or charge innocents.

Put aside the political absurdity of it, I wonder how do they plan on designing toilet seats that you will be able to sit and pee in but wont be able to do the same thing standing up. I literally cant picture such a toilet seat, the opposite (the wall-hung urinal) is quite easy to come up with but this...

simple fix. these whackjobs can just play around with men's butts and enlarge their prostate glands. then the dude's'll have to sit down to pee. problem solved, thanks to my genius.
