I found this, but I'm not sure it's the final version: http://www.mediafire.com/file/3m9nie2elld/allsharpcreatures.zip
Oh look, Deflaktor has it in his Dropbox dump: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30806408/Heroes5/UserMODs/creatures_sharp_complete2_tote.h5u

This mod is hoax that somehow refuses to die. You cannot improve gfx quality by sharpening textures in photoshop, they will only look good from specific camera distance. From professional CGI perspective this is ridiculous. You can run Photoshop batch process and sharpen all textures in the game, why wouldn't otherwise all game developers do it?
Delete this mod and use reshade postprocessing to adaptively sharpen entire game, not just creatures:

Is there any way to change the Hotkey of this mod? Like "Insert" or "Delete" istead of "Scroll".

I simply don't see any change after pressing it. Must I restart to see the effect, or it's simply not very noticeable?

If you see white overlay text when starting the game the mod should be working.
Doesn't work for me, possibly because I use Linux.

I've been experimenting with this version (1.0.0) vs the current version (3.0.6) of (ReShade and I found significant improvements especially in the Ambient Occlusion shader.
To begin with, ReShade now installs as a standalone program to which you show your game exe file, after which it installs the required dlls, shaders, textures and configuration files at the right directory. It asks to install a repository of shaders, which you should accept, but then not all shaders are fitting to a Heroes game, and I recommend moving the unused ones to another directory for faster load times. It comes with an in-game UI that applies the changes on the fly!
After some experimentation, I settled on a very good config using 3 shaders (Adaptive Sharpening, MXAO - the new AO shader, and SMAA). If anyone is interested, I can share my parameters.
As expected, this lowers the FPS performance but the result is awesome. Everybody should understand that if you have weaker (particularly graphics) hardware, FPS will get hit harder with each additional shader; if you have strong hardware, you won't even feel it.
I'm getting significantly better FPS than the older package @magno posted above which uses 3 comparable shaders (possibly older versions, idk): AdaptiveSharpen, HBAO, and SMAA. FPS comparison is about 45-50 vs 25-30 on my laptop at 1920x1080, no AA, 8xAF, max everything else, which is huge.
Besides the worse FPS, the bad thing about the older AO shader is that it leaves visual artifacts around the 2D UI textures, which is very visible around the minimap, jogdials and combat UI. The new MXAO shader has similar artifacts but much less pronounced.
Comparison shots: http://www.mediafire.com/file/tcgx832j5d8ngy7/ReShadeComparisonShots.zip
Observe (especially on the large statue on the left) how the new AO shader is so much better in doing the AO...
Edit: For either of them to work as intended, you must revert (to "Application Controlled") any customizations you may have done at the Nvidia or AMD or Intel control panel 3D options, especially those involving AA and AF.
