I'm asking for your approval to included your hero skins no worries about objects and offsets, just want to included your skins, to make a combined package that included lots of new stuff

Specially Gauldoth, my most favourite campaign hero in Heroes IV looks finally as his portrait. Sure Emilia too, and she looks like in the movies or pictures of her. Amazing work!

May i suggest you, to give Emilia a new world model?
Because its still the blonde female mage. Yes, Gauldoth does use the base necromancer world model, but its not annoying as Emilia.

I think it would be enough to recolor the female mage model, the red dress into blue, and the blond hair into brown. Then give Emilia this model specially only for her. If its not possible, i would not mind to take the recolored female mage model for all heroes.
I wrote this suggestion, since i don't know how to do it by myself.

If someone explain me, how to do it, maybe i try the recolouring.

If u download the H4 Resourse Editor ypu can extract all animations. Then you will need to edit the images and reimport the recolored animations.
I'll look for a guide you...

This will allow you view the animations, export and import you recolored ones.

Thank you very much. I was able to extract the data from the world model.
But recoloring seems be not so easy as i was believe. I dont know if i am able to do this.

Hey man, sorry I didn't respond. I had a lot of stuff to do, as my modding team consists of 1 man. Glad, you like my models, although I see, you haven't talked about Kalibarr yet, the death Campaign is actually the only finished one, in terms of its heroes, so you might wanna replay it, as the antagonist is also finished in the current version.
Regarding adventure actors, well, I used to make them back in the days of modding creatures, where I just shrank their pixels, but that wouldn't work for hero actors, as they would have no horse.
I too think Emilia would need her iconic dark hair and blue dress and veil, but I have combat actors as a priority, as I believe this is where players interact with the game the most, having heroes unique on the combative battlefield would thus greatly enhance that experience.
Don't worry though, the mod isn't dead yet, as I am currently working on Solmyr actually.
His animations will be quite electric with epic references to his h3 counterpart. He will also turn into an exotic bird, when cheering.

Also, thanks Karmakeld for explaning the extraction, I too use the amazing resource editor made by Iliveinabox05.

Hi guys! It's been a while, recently had a lot of things to finish for lots of projects for studying.
However, I finally managed to finish Solmyr, the second protagonist of the Order campaign. Now he is a lightning-shooting Djinn, rather then a Doctor Strange-like wizard. I took inspiration from his appearance in Heroes of might and magic 3 to give him his muscles back.
Also he can now turn into a blue bird when cheering from a morale boost, just like in the story.
I decided to make all of his animations look magical, rather then being too physical, as I think that fits a Djinn very well. For example, instead of using his fists or a sword to attack, he conjures a bolt of lightning.
I hope you enjoy.
