Saruman begins to fiddle with environmental contol
"A little light neuro-toxins to make them all sleep until the authorities arrive shoul do it."
Suddenly the ventilation shafts fill with blue gas, and Romana falls asleep.
1 minute later, the rest of the building fills with the gas, and everoneone, except 2 people, fall asleep.
Those 2 people are Saruman and Satangazer.
