Archdevil because of the appearance. : )
They all seem quite ok, well, spectrals should be CHEAPER (their poor stats are ok since their growth with the booster is 3 and, this way, their hp/week is the highest of all together with blackies with 480 hp/week  too bad that it's just one of the most expensive dwellings, really stupid.. :/) and emeralds should have some good ability, bcuz their damage is sucky.

Archdevils just look cool, there are alrrady so much dragons, and they all look a bit the same, and the angels got a way too big sword, how can such wimpy angel carry a huge sword?

Archdevils look great but they are weak for upgraded tier 7 IMO. The Summon Pit Lord thing sounds great but in practice it just is not that useful.
Titans are nice. Archangels are nice. Black Dragons are nice.

Why they are weak? Fast, 199 hp (1 hp less then archangels, oh nos ;x), better average damage then archangels, INSANE damage when blessed (blackies are no match for them if blessed), great A/D values, and decent special (and it's good, since spectrals and emeralds have none -_-). What would you want more?

Titans, I really like ranged units, and they are very strong too.
HeroesVfrk, why have you put alsio the unupgraded creatures, i don't think that anybody prefers the unupgraded version of any creature, at least for the lvl 7 ones

the Titan is definitely one of the most impressive sights on the battlefield. It is one of the few reasons why i actually use the zoom function in battle (that, and both Vampires death animation).

Titans.
I like them very much since H3.
Btw, H3 Titans who wear golden armors and wield lightning swords, are must much much better than H5 Titans.

I dunno, what i like about Titans (and Giants) is that they're HUGE. when you zoom and lower the camera, and you see them next to Gremlins or Mages... Impressive =)

Yes, the Vampires death animation is just the best of the whole game ( the angel death animation is a close second, I feel bad when I have to kill some poor angels ).
Titan, Archangel and Black Dragon are my favourites, not only for the lvl 7 creature, but for all creatures. I dont really have a clear winner.
The Phantom Dragon und Archdevil sucks, the emerald dragon isnt something special either.

Well I'll have to say colsi b/c they can call lighting unlimited, but I perfer the troll dragon  but he wont make an appearance till goblin race comes out.

I have always loved the titans for there sheer power. and I like dragons for there magic immunity.so usely I try to get both dragons and titans in the same army.
