well hamachi doesn't always work....for some players...  and not all players use it...so u should get used to ubi.com

hi, im a new member of toh using harper as nickname and cant wait to try my first standard heroes5 game over internet (been playin some duel before)
anyone interested to be my first? i'm in hamachi server ToHeroes25 nick harper
btw is there any rule? like turn time limit, max playing hours, quick battle, etc
also, cos simultaneously turn will arrived shortly with expansion, do u people think its possible to have some games with more than 2 peoples playing? like a game with 7 people playing each race in one map simultaneously? i really hope so

Welcome harper..... hopefully you will enjoy this as much as the rest of us....
Rules:
Well it's up to you and your opponent to decide the rules....
(there are a few heroes who is'nt allowed to play.... some say no tear of asha.... no instant travel and so on.....)
The most important this come to an agreement before U start to play!
Time limit..... I'm playing without timelimit (I'm trying to avoid the out of sync bug.... but thats hard......)
and I've always turn the quick combat on.... (sure you can repeat the battle.... if u like..)
another important thing to turn on.... Auto save....
well hopefully this will help a little.... and good luck with your gaming...

For those who aren't aware, MSN/Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Messenger can work together these days. I have a number of people on my contact list who aren't listed here so if you'd like to be added, just let me know.
I nuked my harddrive about a month ago and have been trying to get control of the ToHeroes networks on Hamachi back. Unfortunately, most people aren't using the networks the way they were intended which was supposed to be to log on and join the network and then remove themselves once they were done playing to make room for other players. Instead, people joined all 5 networks and stayed there so once each is full at 14 people no one else can use them. Hopefully, I can still get control of my networks back and fix this but if not I'll probably make a new set of rooms instead.
I want to add that Hamachi is great when you are having troubles with the UBI server but please remember that the more people playing on Hamachi means less of a ToH presense on UBI and therefore ToH doesn't grow as well. Also it would be better if players started naming their rooms on UBI 1www.toheroes.com, 2www.toheroes.com, 3wwwtoheroes.com etc. so that we advertize more. At least put ToH in the name somewhere so other players ask questions like they did in the Zone. Just once I'd like to log in and see a line of rooms that are ToH. People start seeing that and they will start getting curious about the Tournament. The more we show up in UBI the quicker we grow and the sooner some of the sub-tournaments and clans can open up!

You need to put your ToH name with your MSN post
From now on I need anyone wanting their MSN or Yahoo ID added to the list to also put their ToH nickname so I know who you are. I'm trying to look up players but some I can't find and I am trying to keep people off the list who aren't actually ToH and just wandered in and posted so they can find games. I don't know that this has happened but it seems like a good idea. Thanks!

Exactly -- what he said. I just purchased a second homm5, so I will be opening up at least one 'advertisement room'.

I do have hamachi, and after trying channels at random I now have a spot in ToHeroes6, but usually I find my games from the main ubi room.
