This is the way i see it, eliminatory system, best out of 3, each player gets to choose a map, and then if 1-1, ves chooses 3rd one, i believe it's fair that way. and make the final best out of 5. 16 players is enough though.

I think arangar made valid point. Map selection is critical. Best outta 3 would take forever, and if each player gets to choose there favorite then someone is gonna get stuck playing a crappy map and not having any fun. So best way to do it is if both can agree then Ves picks and they play what ever for 1 match. Winner takes all and moves on to next round.
Honestly doesnt matter to me, I wont be playing in it.

weird as it may sound, i fully agree with you jinxer, i just posted my opinion as a help to others, i'm ok with any map, even if i get matched up with zud on imperial prison.

Well besides the luck factor of one side getting 5 matching castles and other not....Imperial Prison is gotta be the MOST balanced map on earth. I mean EVERY artifact in the game is on that map. There is Absolutely NO way to gain any kind of advantage via artifacts on that map since both sides have all the same armours and shields and axes and helmets etc. Its a fun map but there needs to be about 50% less majors on the map. Its kinda like printing a Gazillion dollars. After so many they lose there worth. If everyone had a Gazillion $$ Noone would be rich.

Because the More STD's the better
forget best 2/3 on round 1. A better approach is to have as much 'intermingling' between all players as possible. See rules.
