You can't believe how many new people go away merely because they are picked on or ignored. And it's a shame cause half of them can turn out to be precious members. Of course, people easily forget how confusing it is to be new, especially among a segregated, self-supporting community.
So, be a bad boy, but not TOO much ;-)
