no limits... at least not anywhere close to 3 GB per month...
still i have to pay 10 times as much as most Europeans for it... god I hate monopolies!

man i love my cable, i transfer send and receive over 20GB a month sometimes with my cable  all for 30$ canadian a month "19.47 EUROs" or "27 Oct 2003 22.90 US dollars (noon) 0.7632 (1.3102) "
