I think LHW has an Abundance NPCs right now. It's getting confusing. Let's have some NPCs die, because I think there are too many.

A Few Things To Remember When Making NPCs
Do we need another character?
Often times we don't need another character and another solution will work just as well. Keeping a smaller amount of characters is less confusing.
How is this character going to affect the story?
You need to have some sort of purpose to the NPC. Whether the character will be important for a crucial point in the plot or whether it will help another character change or evolve in some way.
What kind of character should I make?
Now that you have a purpose for the character in mind. You need to think of what attributes will logically cause the resulted affect. Take for example Dervol and Kaylianna. They are women which means they will be the only ones able to defeat Illyria. They are crucial to the plot. Dingo is right. Frivolous NPCs only make things confusing.

Well I don't think they should die, but I agree that there are too many. Maybe their roles could simply be fulfilled and they'd go away?

They are not. They are ravaging the countryside. Here's what had happened. Motherdark called all remaining Forsaken Ones to the Dark Spam Fortress and forced them to ally with each other. She sent the Unholy One and the horsemen to pillage all existance of mankind.

Ok, its a thread about a game. Whats the game called? Umm...Is it a mineral, animal or vegitable???
Just a guess, but is this a kinda D&D game?
If so...how can you play it on the net?

Okay, so I'm wondering if everyone is gone. I realize I do not always have time anymore to come here, but just feeling out everyone.
Gorman & MM - You should definitely have some direction now. Tytan, Ba'alithnor and Daughter of the Night are headed for you.
Shadowcaster - I am going to edit my post to add a bit more to the plot.
Dingo & Woock - I didn't have anything planned, so if you get any idea at all just go for it.
Asmodean, Deimos, & Vadskye - Feraleena, Grathemel, and Illyria have just arrived in the town where you are right now.
