Almost all songs in Greatest Hits (any of them) of Queen is great. I speacially like Under Pressure and The Show Must Go On, but the others mentioned before are very good too.
Another Brick in The Wall is a very nice music, but it is composed of 3 parts, so they are 3 different musics.
For something harder(Don't know if this is the word, just adapted it) maybe the unforgetable Born to Be Wild.

Tell me which songs in the Greatest Hits are not great. Come to think of it, gimme an example from any of Their albums.

Yeah BG rulez! But Born In A Mourning Hall is one of their suckiest songs ever  Imho their best is And Then There Was Silence, and from the older ones - Time What Is Time, Lost In The Twilight Hall, The Script For My Requiem and certainly IFTOS!
Right now the song that I like most of all is Manowar - Warriors Of The World United. Imho this song can be called the hymn of the heavy metal.
Also Dimmu Borgir - Entrance. A great song.
As for the greatest song that I've ever heard, well... I think it's Nightwish - Wishmaster.

Today it might be Danger Zone
Tommorrow it could be I've Got friends in Low Places
