i dont know if this is allowed but...
what's the attraction of SM??
i hear from some its like homm3..
i hear from some its like homm4..
i hear from some its great..
i hear from some it sux..
s up?
someting good enuff to tide us over 'till homm5?
what's the concensus...

aow or sm sucks completely has nothing on h4 or even h3
the battles suck and so do the spells
castles suck can't even look in them
and you do nothing in turns
once you move your hero your done
you can't produce more then 1 unit at a time
graphics suck
i could say more but i doubt its needed

A good part of the most experienced Homm3 players play AOW-SM regularly now. Its a great game; slightly different but still the same basic concept. The adding of a wizard to be much like a King in chess (take out the wiz - you win) is a great development I think. The heroes are now army commanders to bring your influence out into the world, and your home base is where its at 
We have a ladder tournament up for this at The World Online Nation, Veldarian is helping out with it, and we hope to see as many old friends, as well as new, there as possible.

i have played it
beat the campains
and i see really nothing to do because building stuff in castle takes like 5 days each
and scouts move like 1 inch lol

Why generalize-categorize? just makes you look sillier. I'm a gamer, I liked h3, I liked h4, I like AoW. Dont dismiss a game when you have barely touched the surface of it. It will tide me over nicely til h5.

huh, what crap is that?
If you read this thread the only person bagging out anything is YOU, apart from ME when i say that a 1 hero 1 stack approach to ANY strategy game is a noob strategy. I stand by that comment. No seasoned player fights with just 1 stack in H3, H4 or aow games. Prove me wrong

I use to play H3 like that in my noob days, then i learnt how to play the game properly. Same applies to other strategy games. Once again, prove me wrong
