So who plays this anyway?
Hi guys,
Quick question...maybe you guys could help me out.
WHen heroes4 came out there was noone more excited about this then I was.
I installed it, even went out and bought a new pc because it wouldn't work on my heroes3 pc. But alas it seemed like the game really sucked.
Determined to like it I played it for weeks. With each playing it seemed lamer and lamer. This seemed to be the concensus of most Heroes veterans at the time.
From time to time I pick up heroes4 expansion packs at the software store and look at them and think "man this game doesnt look so bad" then come home and play it and sure enough it still sucks.
Now we know that 3do rushed an unfinished product out to try to stave off bankruptcy. But still...you guys all play it so I ask you;
Did the expansion packs make the game good? If so how?
Or did you all just like it before.
I am totally done w/heroes3...too much waiting and everyone knows the methods. It's less of an art and more of a science now. Too boring.
So enlighten me please.

Join the Club, H4 sucks. Well if you haven't heard, Ubisoft bought the HOMM franchise. So there will be a H5 maybe something to look forward to?

its just that..
circumstances didnt help game(tech probs, late MP, cpu requirements, transfers) + rotten human habit to stick to what got used to

eventually.. what makes game so great, is its MultiPlayer value.. + online + community
is it so hard to understand that- you guys?
weird is, most of you been there ardy!- online gaming- through h3 !
you judge a game through graphics and SP play.. how wrong is that?

insa should be in literature.. maybe the greek tragedies 
he can be quite the orator , at times
insa said it quite well.. h3ers judge game on SP , which makes little sense as the SP in h3 sucked also.

damn, that is so relevant.
but i actually did play h3 online for a while. although it has nothing to do with this topic, as i am not saying that h3 online is bad, now am i.

well, if you play a game alot, sure you know exactly how to do it..
But isnt that not always the case?
I know for sure that I still like the game & I 've played it for 2 years now..
Maybe its just not your kinda game?
Must be keeping fingers crossed for H5
