pretty funny how someone has to be blamed for H3 being an old outdated game.
Even a dead cat bounces when u drop it, doesnt mean it is alive. Is just the same when any new idea or new "dictator" arrives for H3 tourney. A little bit of activity then goes back to the inevitable downward trend.
I'm waiting for the thread blaming me, bjorn, TEL and Mocara for promoting AOW Shadow Magic amongst H3 veterans. That is closer to the truth

I've been asked, but I dont want to get into the admin side of heroes. But because I dont want to run it, that means I have to like the way it is being run? no haha dont work that way.
And anyway, this is the same old snow....it somes up every 4 months or so, the way MaH is being run....its old news, and I'm wondering what I care anyway. Ves will be doing it all in h5, I'll be back then.

OK well we know that MAH is almost dead at the moment and WW is still going strong.
The number of people that still play heroes is ofcourse declining still.
The new players (and often the less skilled ones) want(ed) a point system that rewards u for losing a game. Since MAH has had its share of internal problems and was less active a lot of old (TOH) players started playing for WW aswell.
Upon realizing that WW had attractive subtourneys and a solid administration (being Azure LOL) people started to play more and more for WW instead of playing for MAH (which didn’t handle there internal problems well enough).
Ofcourse we all know off personal problems of Kitten and some of Raven (who stays mostly in the background). And although the reasons given by the admins are all valid ones, people in a tourney don’t really care when it effects the tourney they spend COUNTLESS hours in.
They are willing to look through a few problems sure but that’s were it end.
That combined with the strong force driving and maintaining WW, the new innovating subtourney’s, the inability of MAH to get there internal differences aside and make MAH interesting for all heroes players again has lead to the current state of MAH I think.
What can be done?
Very little in my opinion. I think that the remaining heroes tourneys should combine there strengths into one tourney which can perhaps live for another 2 years?@

ok...let me repeat to you what has been said to consis,apparently you missed that section:
well....i have something to say in taste...this is for you consis
i have several steps here you must follow to become a decent tosser:
1) call up several friends. invite them over. since you may not have too many friends,you may have to lure some nieghbors over with free foodstuffs and the like.
2) get friends to gather 'round
3) instruct friends to grab onto your shoulders.
4) instruct friends to pull on said shoulders.
5) hopefully your friends are strong. if so,they have successfully dislodged your head from your anal cavity. congrats!
6) you should wear sunglasses. its been some time since you've seen daylight.
7) now,take a breath of fresh air and wake up. its a beautiful world out there isnt it!
these steps do not guarantee you will become a good tosser,but its a neccessary 1st step. thanks for comming out.
read carefully,if you think h4 is any good,please follow above steps.

This is going to be a long post as I am going to respond to several other posts in this one instead of replying 50 times in a row

the honor council is designed to run independantly from admin. it says so on honor council page. yet admin had thier say in council matters. this is no biggie to me,what is a big deal is when they prevented us from doing our jobs. right now i see so much in mah(notice i refuse to call it toh,because toh was so much more) it makes me ill,but dont look to me to help,been there,done that,and wasnt trusted.

OK, first of all you are right, Honor Council DOES run independently from Admin, when it comes to game cheats and disputes and admin has not interferred here. Where there has been interference is on the fake reporting cases. The problem here is that you need PROOF You can't just look at someones record and see that they have beaten someone a bunch of times and decide that it's fake reporting, you must have proof. Which means you need the IP's, which only Admin has access to. The case that set you off, at the time that you asked about it, there was no proof, nothing in the IP's to support what you were saying. That has since changed and has been dealt with. Yes they still show up on the pages, but they can no longer report, haven't been able to for quite some time. Look for a HOS update, and a big one at that, real soon. But to say you weren't trusted is CRAP. I have ALWAYS and will ALWAYS trust you, it wasn't that I didn't believe you were right, there just wasn't evidence to PROVE it.

I just think at least to the updates & active HC, is to hire new RELIABLE helpers to volunteer on updating, WITH the access to all tournies from both administrators.
Also you need a tough Motor type HC head HC prefered to take care of everyday business.
Theres alot going on.

I notice you mention the word "hire" to say "hire" is to imply employment, which emplys payment. I would remind you that we are not paid, we are volunteers, we were not "hired". Would new RELIABLE volunteers be a great thing, sure they would. But you forgot that they have to be TRUSTED and RESPECTED by the players and by Admin, including Ves. That narrows the pool immensely and most that would fit in that category don't want the job. Oh and for the record, both Kitten and I HAVE access to the WHOLE MAH site not just one side or the other. What we don't always have access to is the reports. I don't have access to the reports for Natives. Kitt has access to all the reports but I have asked her not to do updates, on clans in particular, because she can not handle the way I have things organized. In specific reference to HC, Bpanik2 is VERY tough on game cheats, trust me I get to read his boot mails, lol. Has he been around less, yes, but he still responds to things sent in. Does he miss some things because he isn't in the zone 24/7, possibly, but he was the only one willing to take the job when Motor stepped down and then only at my BEGGING request. There have been a few that have volunteered, on the boards, but NO ONE has sent an email in stating their application for the job. I'm SURE BP would be more then happy to be just a member of HC or just a player but to be honest no one with the qualifications has stepped up via email, heck no one has emailed. What does that tell you?

Admittedly Kitten and I had problems in the beginning but we have them all hashed out and have had for a long time. Since the summer at least, we get a long fine now.
As for Raven staying mostly in the background, that's because well one, it's really none of anyone's business what goes on in my life. I have offered up a little more recently but I remain mostly a private person. and 2) I don't feel the need to go into the zone and pour out my problems. I don't need sympathy from others, so I don't look for it. I have a good support system of friends that know what goes on with me, but they know because they care and ask, not because I just spew it out there. AND I stay in the background largely because I just do my job when and if I can. I don't feel the need to come and socialize for hours on end and most of the time don't have time to do so. When I had the time, I did so, but most of the time it's not an option. BUT, IF you see me in the zone, guaranteed everything is updated, because my job as administrator comes FIRST.

Also, for the record, I got along with Motor and Andi just fine. We worked together VERY WELL as a team and that is the main reason they, for the most part, don't bash me. They worked closely with me and know me and know what I have been willing to go through and do for the sake of the tournament. They don't always understand it, but they respect it and me. At the time that they worked on the site, then knew me to be very diligent and reliable. Now I openly admit that I have been less so recently, but that's been VERY recent and I have been VERY honest about it (still no volunteers). I only posted this last part because I know that some (balcough) wonder why the bashing, particularly by them, is only directed at Kitten and I thought it should be addressed.
