The Conflux

Town Name: Conflux
Town Alligment: Magic
Main Alligment: Neutral
Races: Elementals, Magical Powers
Story: Many elementals seeked a community, a place were they belong. So they joined together and formed Confluxes. All Confluxes are not neccesarilly allies and they do not have a kingdom. Confluxians are driven by the Elemental Gods and Mystical Spirits.

Magic University:
Teaches the following skills each for 2000 gold except the first major skill which costs 3000 gold.

-Basic Air Magic
-Basic Earth Magic
-Basic Water Magic

Auroras Borealias:
Add's an extra 5000 gold to your kindgdom's income each day. Doubles your weekly (or daily) creature growth. And gives you ALL standard spells in your Conjurer's Guild.

Carrying Wave:
Using a combination of Air and Water, this building add's 2 movement points to any nearby ships. The Carrying Wave requires Alter of Air, Alter of Water, and Shipyard.

I personally liked the conflux. It was a beautiful town, the concept behind it was great, and I liked all the lil elementals.

Only problem was that it screwed up the gameplay greatly, which is why I think people don't like it very much.


And no, I think it was a wonderful replacement for the forge. It is a beautiful creation in it's own right, turned out very aesthetically appealing.

As I said the Conflux were beautiful, unique, good for the storyline, but they sucked. My Conflux idea doesn't suck.

Styq, you write really cool suggestions, but some of them just don't fit:

Morale Hawk and Healing Totem should be aligned with Nature town, because they don't fit in elemental Conflux. Also, I advise you to say what spell gives what. For Example, I do not understand the mean of Rock Blockade, Destroy Fire, Earth & Water. Please, write the meanings.

#1 I believe the Healing Totem is perfect for the Conflux. it won't fit in the Nature town because it's too magical and bazzar.

#2 I changed the Morale Hawk to a more useful and a little less strange unit.

Rock Blockade - creates a blockade of rock around a unit, forcing it to dmg the blockade until it is destroyed.

Destroy Fire - Does medium dmg to all enemy Fire Elem., and Infernal creatures in the battlefield.

Destroy Water - does medium dmg to all enemy Water Elem., and Aquatic creatures in the battlefield.

Destroy Earth - Majorly damages all enemy Earth Elementals, and non-flyers in the battlefield.

Destroy Air - Does low-medium dmg to all enemy Air Elementals, and flyers in the battlefield.

#4 Srry about the awfully polite thing.
