I dont' know why, but when i go to toheroes.com to register, i receive this message:"Duplicate ToH user IP address : 144.132.89.9"
And i can't register, can someone pls help me !!!!

Write an email to the Admin of TOH and describe this problem. I heard many times about that IP-problem, and it should be solved easily. You will get back an email soon i guess..

HEEELP !!!
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ! WHEN I ENTER ZONE I HAVE EVRYTHING FINE, WHEN I ENTER HEROES OF MIGHT AND MAGIC 3 THE WINDOW OF FRIENDS COMES OUT, THEN I CLICK ON H3 LOBBY, BUT IT DOESN'T GO IN !!! I CLICK FOR NO EFFECT ! PLEASE HELP ME, HOW TO ENTER THE ROOM. Though I tried with other browsers, with OPERA when I enter the HeroesMM 3 the window of download appears says:"latest version download" or something, and always stays on 0%... I tried Mozzila browser, when I click on H3 lobby It says:" Couldn't lonch game, close your browser and try again " WHAT TO DO , PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT TO DO, I CAN'T PLAY IN ZONE !!!

Try to delete your "temporary internet files" and your "cookies".
Since 2 weeks, the zone has these problems, it takes some tries to enter. One day it works fine, the other it doesnīt....

It doesn't work, besides, I have never played Heroes on ZOne, beccous of this problem, It just doesn't go in... It always like this... only window of friends comes out...

That looks like a problem with your internet settings. Check them, especially the point "ActiveX-elements"...or something like that (donīt know the exact name in english)...You should enable them..

Angelito this is the part i don't understand.I followed your instructions to this point but i can't figure out wich numbers go where.I have 3 columns:TCP,UDP and IP. as IP isn't mentioned in your post i presume it should remaine unchanged(permit all).How about the other two?
You prolly are familiar by now with my problem from my IM(maybe you spoke to neb last night).I spoke to the admin from the Academy and he said there's no firewall there.That leaves 3 options: Either there's a router conection(in that case i can still play once i figure out this), or a firewall enabled from the ISP(worse case scenario) or the admin lied to me and there is a firewall for my network(change my mind:this is the worse case scenario cos the man lied! ).
Can you think of something else?
what should i do?

i entered the zone yesterday 3 minutes right after u left..
We should meet in the zone, coz then i could help u better i think.
I will be online today and tomorrow evening. If u will be there, we could try to solve your problem..

New question for Angelito
I'm on the Zone and I've been trying to get some games started with other players but it never works. The host always initiates the game to start, H3 loads up and I just reach the main menu. Nothing else happens- no multiplayer windowor preferences or anything. So then I quit out of H3 and ask back at the Zone about what went wrong. No one knows so we try again and the same thing occurs. I have updated my game to SoD 3.2 and I do not have AB. I have checked the library archives for all the online problems but a workable solution still eludes me. I suspect the problem is that I have a different version from the others. Problem is, this happens on SoD 3.2 games that others set up; if I'm correct. Are you familiar with this one?

If u both would have different (or to be more precise, "not compatible) versions, there would appear a message telling you this exactly.
One solution for your problem could be, that your installed game hasnīt "started" correct. This means, start the game and donīt stop the intro. Let the game do what it has to do..
You have to watch the whole movie, then u try some (game-)days in a game on single-player mode.
If u have done that at least once, this problem is solved also.
Next info i would need is, if this happens either you are the host or the joiner....

I tried what you said. First of all, there's no message at all stating compatibility issues. When the game is launched, I waited through the entire intro and still ended up at the main menu in Heroes. I waited several minutes afterwards and still nothing happened. I tried to ask a few of the hosts about why this happens; some said they had no idea and many others just kept silent or left. This problem I've been having occurs both when I host and join games. Sometimes after I encounter the problem, I leave the room and someone else takes my place; but their game doesn't break up so they must be just fine. I'm really puzzled about this. I'll be grateful for any other suggestions you might have.

i have an odd problem with the zone!
I'm at that point when zone friends is already loaded and have that window saying "conecting to zone server"
and theni get the msg "failed to establish connection with zone server" Then the page with the zone closes and i'm left in front of the games list.
What's the problem?
@edit: it's not from the zone files nor from the cookies.I know that cos i asked a friend to download zone files and the zone won't load for him neighter

I cant enter heroes zone
it says :
'Your computer is trying to update your zone files,but receveing old stored files from your ISP or network.Wait for your ISP or network to update theyr files and try again later.'
how to fix that?
