Did you guys sense that I was away?
I'm off in LA for 5 days, and while there was almost zero activity (in winloss reports & new clan wars) before I left all of a sudden I take off and you guys flood me with clan wars etc...lol
Well when I get back on Thursday the 1st, I'll be on my main computer to do these updates, but until then don't think I'm ignoring you, I get the emails, just can't update ToH.

Consis i don't know if you really notice the tenses involved here.
I am - present/future. Now, even if you do not know tenses, you might be acquainted with the days of the week, after a Saturday post saying he'll be back on Thursday, you would expect that Thursday to be next week's one !
And if all logic fails, then it means you must be playing heroes 3 again

Just for a heads up, Ves returns on Thursday, and I leave on Friday. Will be vacationing for the holiday weekend and seeing just how much beer I can pour. Might even drink some, but at any rate I will be well away from any computers. Just figured I'd let you all know, not that you would have missed me, but this way you can't say you didn't know, hehehehe.

Consis: the Tournament of Honor players are like those old chess players in the park across the street. You tried to speak to them once since you like the game as well, but you quickly regretted doing so. Better leave them alone.

Give it a rest guys. You guys wonder why there are so few players, especially for Homm4. If prospective players have been reading these forums BEFORE deciding to buy the game or start playing the game online, none of them would ever bother. And if they did, they would not play for TOH, they would play for one of the other tournaments where people are not so arrogant and nasty to each other. It doesn't matter that TOH is the single best tournament out there. If the people that play here are inhospitable, no one will play.

Balcough, my point was simply this. IF people were reading here BEFORE going into gamespy, they would not know that you guys can be really nice and are helpful. There is so much negativity and nastiness on this board and a general lack of helpfullness by many of the TOH members, on the board. I know there are many of you, for both Homm3 and Homm4 who are very helpful in the zone / gamespy but if that attitude does not carry over to the message board people are not going to see it or know about it. If they judge by the way people act here, they may not ever go to the zone/gamespy and learn how things really are. I am just suggesting that we could portray a better public image.

While you are correct, readers can filter through what is written here and make their own judgements, and no two people are likely to think they mean exactly the same thing, it is my opinion that we could improve the overall atmosphere so there is a little less doubt.

H4 sux big time. But it does not change the fact that h4 tossers put out good examples of humor in this thread. (notice the bold line  ) They did get Mr. Iamunabletosayanythinglessthanthreeparagraphs down real good. I do not see any flames but humor.
I was cracked reading this thread.

first, to clear some things, i do that because you're a woman and need extra attention and patience
so , i wasn't adressing to you (with that "worthy", yuou dindt get it right), but to those who starts crying when something is put in some other way they comprehends, saying same things though.
just for information, was a totally harmless post, no bad intentions, you overreacted, fact that is understandable for a woman touched by some rhymes . even aculias began to learn how to do it found that a s a key to get into women's heart

My whole point is that others won't WANT to see how it works and they won't find out how it really works. Never did I say that you weren't good / helpful players that play with honor, I believe you all to be. But others will form their opinions without gaining the knowledge, and if they form that opinion based on the attitudes expressed on some of these boards, they won't get a very true representation of what you are really like.

in the first place, a person who really likes the game won't stumble into some posts, considered by "fragile" human being as flame, and will go on register and play , to fullfill his/her hobby and have those good moments of spending time that i wish you everyone to have , even more.
you can take for instance, the former HOS players, they didnt stop to come over and over again
h4 has lesser players than h3, i admit, but where's quality the number becomes insignifiant. too bad you didnt share the experience
as a conclusion, very very bad for a woman to defend a man (as we assume he is), very bad for HIM of course, especially when is not harmed in any way.
it was a regular HC talk, i could say softer than other, but if you want some examples i can qoute you from former HC heroes3 board, and guess what? people still play this game and i noticed alot of newcomers!
Take care ravyn, i heard you have a wonderful garden full of roses, better give them that gentle attention. the flowers can feel it, people , i doubt it, the advantage to envelop a fakeness into some words make it obscene sometimes.

It's very contradictory and hypocritical to show great honor in the way you play for ToH, and then post in the ToH forum with such murky distaste for other members with no apparent reason. It's unjustified the way some Heroes Community members get flogged in here. I would think that being an honorable player would also translate to being an honorable poster.
