HOMM3/4 install problem

I recently upgraded to a new box (P4, 2.4Ghz, Win2000 Pro - SP4, full admin priv.) and cannot install either H3 or H4 on it.

Both installs bomb immediately after accepting the software user agreement and give me a _INS55576._MP error message!

Has anyone experienced and/or solved this installation problem??

I ran H3 and H4 on a much less capable box using Win2000 Pro with no problems ...

Please advise.

Soon as the install initializes at the first screen you see... alt tab out and empty your temp files and clear all cookies then go back into the setup screen and continue with setup. That solved a similar issue with me. Hope it helps.

Actually, I was able to intall H3 but not H4.

Jinxer, were you also able to install H4?
