OK, I'll tell you.
Lord Ironfist was fleeing from King Ragnar, who accused him of being the driving force behind an attempt to assasinate him.
Ironically, Lord Ironfist won the war with the other three warlords (which is the basic storyline of HOMM1) and became ruler of Enroth, which was an empire that dwarfed Ragnar's country.

My last post answered a question I asked a few pages ago. Silx had been trying to get the answer, but did not have the proper resources.
No one has ever answered that riddle from some more pages back. Still, it is a creature and not a character. I'll post it again.

and the stuff about the feather
In Homm1 goblins had a stick while in H2 and 3 they had a mace and in Homm1-2 goblins have a feather on their head!
So anyway my guess would be GOBLIN
I think I have heard something about someone named Ragnar...

Um, I wouldn't call the thing the HoMM2 goblins used a mace. More like a spiked club or something.
