Does anyone have a map over the entire Might and Magic world? I mean, not just Erathia.

What do you mean by 'Might and Magic world'? There are several planets involved into the M&M story, including Enroth (the one on which the events of M&M 6-8 and HoM&M take place), Xeen, Cron, Varn, Terra and perhaps a few other (at least one - I don't remember its name).

he means the entire area that the Might & Magic existance covers. and i think those are different countries/continents, not planets.

You are wrong. As I have said before, Might and Magic series covers several different planets. Unfortunately I don't know where to find a complete history of M&M in English, but I've read one in Russian and it clealy states that there are several planets in the M&M world. I guess you can discover this by playing various Might and Magic parts from 1 to 5. By the way, note the subtitles of those. Might and Magic III: The Isles of Terra. Might and Magic IV and V: Clouds of Xeen / Darkside of Xeen. Terra and Xeen are two of the M&M planets.
Oh and by the way, that very M&M history that I've mentioned includes several maps. I will probably post them here later if I manage to find them.

Yeah, don't you all remember that the last Add-on for HOMM3 was gonna include sci-fi elements (FORGE!) because Might & Magic had always been a SciFi/Fantasy Game (I started at M&M2 on Sega Genesis myself--and that ended with you diverting your spaceship/planet/environ from driving into the sun)? And HOMM fans (centered around the old AstralWizard site as I recall--a great site otherwise) went ballistic and threatened to boycott? It was a pathetic display (on the part of the fans) as I recall; and I still wish a version with the forge town had been released.
