As far as I know, the only campaings that can be played are the ones that can be clicked on.Finishing all of them won't give you any extra campaings, because the game has no other campaings.Some of them were supposed to appear some time later, after the release of the game.Only missions of a specific campaing can be unlocked if the previous ones were played.
