Songs that.. put a smile on your lips!

As you might know, i'm a diehard Metal-fan. But when i'm down metal really doesn't cut it for me, or .. it rarely does. But i've found a song that works for me, nomatter what mood i'm in! And the funny part, it's a Cher song!
Cher - Walking in Memphis
That song, to be exact.. On repeat, and i'm good to go! And normally i dislike Cher's song, but this song touches something in me... because i'm walking in memphis! ..

Have you got a song, that does that for you?

I like that song, but Dave Matthews Band, not Cher

For me there are a ton of songs that make me smile, it all depends on the mood I'm in. Most stuff by BarenakedLadies usually give me a grin, but I don't actually listen to them that much - just when I'm in that mood

Eminem - Mockingbird

Eminem usually seems like a jackass, but it really seems that he cares about his little girls.

Either that, or I'm constantly in the need of cheering up.

And Jebus: Aqua??!! You're not referring to the Norwegian/Danish group here? Sure, they're quite laughable, but does they make a sane person smile? No, rather break down and despair, would be my guess...

now now... don't judge...  the thread asks for songs that put a smile on your lips and, my friend, nothing does that like cheery songs about barbie dolls, bubble gum, candy bars, dr Jones and so on!!

And she's hot!

Hehe, you know, she held a gig here in Norway a couple of years ago, where she behaved like some kind of stripper. Only problem was, of course, that the audience consisted mostly of 10 years old girls with their parents/grandparent. I guess you can see what everyone got so angry about?
You know, all those grampas having to go to hospital with heart problems and all...

Oh, and btw, she tried to lauch a solo career some years ago; her first single was a real turkey; a song where she sung about how sleeping your way to the top is the way to go....
Funny enough, we'ven't heard much from her after that.
