I think I've had a dream or two like that. But when I later think about them I usually realise that I was just "replaced" at some point of the dream.

Sometimes yes, but a lot of times no, because I know I can defeat my enemy (in most cases). But when I really got into trouble I am afraid, maybe not really as I would be when I would see a Tiger in front of me in RL but...
Interesting. I'm more afraid in most of my "nightmares" than I have ever been in real life. And I mean really terrified. Absolute fear of death. The kind that controls your thoughts and make syou unable to think coherently. In other words, Panick.

This actually confirms something from your life. Sorry about this. I'm quessing that you've never actually seen much blood. Because of that your brains don't have "a model" for that. I know that most of my friends don't have lots of blood in their dreams either.
I on the other hand have lots of experiences with blood in real life, hunting, fishing, injuries, etc. I've got as much blood in my dreams as there should be in real life. That's acutally very much. There's five liter's of blood in one human. Enough to paint the walls of one room red fifteen times over. And I can tell you opening a big artery results in a shower of blood. If you could see my dreams you would know what I mean. (Of course my dreams are black and white so it wouldn't be so dramatic for you but anyways.)

Yep, I always remember intensive dreams too. But I do remember some "boring" dreams also. Just not all of them.

I personally fight like I would in real life. Sometimes I'm not human and then it looks more hong kong but it's proportional to my powers.

"Nightmare" is subjective. I quess most people would call it that. To me it was a very good dream though. not exactly pleasant but in a weird twisted way I liked it a lot.
EDIT: I've just had a Breakthrough thanks to this post here! I think I know why I like all the intensive dreams that I have also the "nightmares".
I've built a wall around my soul in reality. I haven't cried in 12 years or so. I don't really care about physical pain as others do. I don't get angry often. Sometimes I do snap and that's not the most pleasant sight. Also because I've had some nasty habits I've mostly blocked out fear.(mostly)
As Azzie noted in some other thread, people have got to let emotions out sometime. S I'm betting I do it in dreams.
The reason why I like the emotional dreams is that I can't feel those things in real life.

I guess you're right
Or maybe the many RPG video games I played have started to have some effect on me. They usually don't have that much blood, so I think it would be an explanation as well.

Oh and I had a weird dream last night. I wasn't even in that dream, more like a "spectator". There were multiple giant spiders (as big as a human), but I was just spectating, and seeing how those spiders roam around and people flee from them. There was also this special spiders, twice as big as the others, that whatever touched became petrified (if it wanted, that is). VERY weird dream if you ask me, and it wasn't scary because I wasn't in it

Strange, people when see too much blood they say it's "fake" or when they see a blood shower out of an artery most critics say it's exaggerated and not real or something. Really

I can tell you that I've witnessed a few blood showers from arteries. It depends on their size. From what I know the smaller arteries are more showery than the bigs. Especially those in your finger tips seem to work like a spray can.

Watched any classic horror movies lately.
I've never had dreams in which I'm not part in any way. I Always do something there. So you were a controller of the special spider then?

Not really. I didn't "want" the spider to do those things, so I guess I didn't control it. It was really weird, I think the only dream in which I was just a "spectator" (or maybe there were more, but I can't remember)

I took some time to read the latest posts, very interesting. No I never see blood in my dreams, that's something of my friend's specialty - she sees blood too often. And when a dream brings out strong emotions even if a nightmare I just enjoy it though I may be stiff scared when I dream about it. Once I told off my sister from waking me up from a nightmare, I needed to see how it would end
Last two days my dreams aren't all that interesting, I dream of having started an H5 game and see battles, think of combinations. When I wake up I don't even remember details, feels a 'wasted' dream. Besides I hate dreams where I keep thinking It's like in high school that I had a dream about taking a long maths test, seriously annoying.

Lol Anyway since I started the suffering I probably can expect to see something weird. Usually games that affect me find their ways into my dreams if only once and continuing it is beginning to get to me. It's not the monsters, not the suspense. But when you spend a lot of time in dark places with limited visibility, hostile environment and get random visions it begins to eat away at your calmness. Nothing I would still not play at night anyway

Nah Elvin what is better is also the atmosphere and that "horror" music (no, not the "thrill" stuff, but the calm ambient nightmare-ish genre). That really makes that mood

I had one with gunfight just now  Not sure why or how I got there but I started from the top of a big luxurious building with tight security and started descending floors shooting all the armed thugs that came at me. Naturally I kept replenishing my ammo from the fallen. At some time I reached the ground floor, walked out and started heading towards a black van when someone came out to tell me that the boss said bye. I popped his head with a shotgun before he could shoot Which is when another van carrying commandos came around the corner and they started coming out. Not having a single bullet on me and no time to think I was already running back in the building towards the stairs to first floor - heard target spotted! behind my back - and then into the elevator since they had not come to the stairs yet to have a clear shot. As ascended I was really hoping there was enough ammo in the last floor. Who knows what had happened in there.
And I woke up

I've had alot of whack dreams, but not lately and I don't remember most of my older dreams. When I was younger (4-6 years old) I was seeing alot of nightmares. So many that I decided to stop sleeping and just lie down with my eyes wide open... Waiting... Creepy? Yes...
