...

Lionharte, your dream towns are interesting, but they could use a little more detail, no offense but this sort of thing
(Examples: Griffon, med-fast, moderate attack strength and it flies. Bigger Griffon, fast, moderate attack strength and it flies. Biggest Griffon, Instant, powerful attack and it flies)
isn't to terribly descriptive, perhapse is you were to type more descriptions like with this griffon knight. Is it a Knight who rides a griffon? Or is it a griffon who is a knight? It's a nice idea either way but "Big, strong, fast" doesn't cover much ground.
...
Not to offend you or anything, but 10000/20000 gold would take 10/20 days to generate, for one unit. But of course you will say " Oh but you already have money-" You certainly don't have the gold to buy dragons anymore if you need to build the building to make the dragons in the first place, and you would only be able to make this 10000/20000 gold if you never bought anything from anywhere for thouse 10/20 days. My I remind you that 20000 g stands for: Twenty-Thousand gold pieces.
...

Anyways my "Dream Town"
(In honor of my favorit heroes game -HOMM2-, the town is set up in a variation of that game, I've spiced things up with a nice D&D element)

--> Unnamed for the time being <-- (Alignment= Nuetral G
Buildings: The citadel is capeable of building all of the average town buildings (ie: Mage guild, tavern, etc...)
-
Unit creation Building level 1: Boar Pen
A fenced off area where large boar can be raised to do combat an a minimal scale. Produces Boar
-
Unit creation Building level 2: Miner's Guild
A small, tavern-like building to attract dwarves into the city Produces Dwarves.
Upgrade: Extra lodgings
<More dwarves are available
-
Unit creation Building level 3: Forge
A medium sized building with a large smithy attached to the outside, connected to a tall chimney. Produces Shield Guardians
-
Unit creation Building level 4: Marble Tower
A huge tower with a telescope and a re-inforced metal door. The tower is made of white marble that the Wizards obviously prefer over normal stone Produces Magi
Upgrade: Obsidian Tower
<Tower becomes taller, turns black, and produces ArchMagi
-
Unit creation Building Level 5: Giant's Castle
An enormous Castle where the cloud giants are attracted to, some of which allow themselves to be hires for combat. Produces Cloud Giants.
Upgrade: Celestial Fortress
<Building becomes slightly larger, and Titans become available

You may have noticed that fact that not all creatures are upgradeable, that is because this town makes sense, once more there are only five levels. This is because I do not enjoy there being a annoying ammount of monsters in the game, with an annoying amount of upgrades (1/every monster/unit).

Creatures list:
Boar, basic level one creature.
Damage: 1-4 (piercing/slashing)
Hit points: 6
Attack: +2
Defense: +1
Speed: Med-Fast
Space: 2 Spaces (Large)
Special Abilities: Boar SPECIAL: Boars will fight with one another when the occasion arises, boars will become uncontrolable while there are enemy boars on the field, you boars will attempt to get at these other boars and vice versa.
Creature Def:
-A large domesticated wild pig, male variation.
Boars are not suitable for combat unless trained and slightly armored like this boar is. This boar is a large, hairy animal similar in most respects to the common pig, but this animal has been trained by a keeper for combat and possibly as a scouting companion. The animal is related to the dire boar, but is much easier to train

Creature type: Large animal (Domestic)

Dwarf, basic, level two unit.
Damage: 2-8 (slashing)
Hit points: 10
Attack: +2
Defense: +4
Speed: Slow
Space: 1 Space (medium)
Abilities: Hates Goblins and Goblinoids: Dwarves hate goblinoids, in battle if ordered to do so they will attack goblins with great effort with thier furry towards that race Spell Resistance: 15% Added chance to resisting offensive spells.
Creature Def:
-Dwarves are a race of underground dwelling being who resemble humans but are much shorter. Dwarves however, should not be juged upon size, a dwarf is much more durable compaired a human, and on average is much stronger, however dwarves tend to lack social skills with other races and are below average on thier personal looks. A dwarven man holds his beard in high praise, and those who mak fun of it are likely left wounded/dead.
Unit Type: Medium Small humanoid, dwarf.

Shield Guardian, basic level 3 unit
Damage: 8-14 (Blugeoning)
Hit points: 30
Attack: +3
Defense: +6
Speed: Slow
Space: 2x2 spaces (Very Large)
Abilities: Piercing resistance: A shield guardian is made from ston and steel bars, so arrows have little to no effect, this ability allows them to resist 10 damage each from piercing damage (such as an arrow or dart).
Creature Def:
-Shield Guardians are large golem-like units forged maily from steel and stone, and sometimes tough iron alloys. A common way to make a tough guardian is to create a large humanoid base and then get heavy stones to brace it, sometimes to stones are coated in melted metals to increase durability even more. As thier name implies, shield guardians are designed to block attacks.
Unit Type: Large Construct (Stone/Metals)

Magi, basic level 4 unit
Damage: 10-25 (Magical, fire)
Damage: 10-30 (Magical, Fire
Hit Points: 40
Attack: +8
Defense: +4
Speed: Lightning Fast (Land movement=medium distance)
Space: 1 space (medium)
Abilities: Magical damage: Most units do not have resistance vs magic, so Magi can do +1 damage vs units without spell resistance. Dispell: There is a 5% chance that the magi will dispell all good spells on the target
Creature Def:
-Magi are wizards who are better prepared for battle, they use a variety of magics to fire powerful beams of fire from the tips of thier staves, this magic occasionally cancels out other status spells on the hit target. Magi are commonly tall, old elves who have studied magic all thier life.
Units Type: Humanoid Elf
UPGRADE: ARCHMAGI, advanced level 4 unit
Damage: 10-30 (Magical, 50% Lightning/ 50% Fire
Damage: 10-30 (Magical, Lightning
Hit Points: 50
Attack: +9
Defense: +4
Space: 1 space (medium)
Abilities: Magical damage: Most units do not have resistance vs magic, so Magi can do +1 damage vs units without spell resistance. Dispell: There is a 5% chance that the magi will dispell all good spells on the target
Creature Def:
-After studying for days, a magi tests out his magic on combat dummies similar to those used in the barracks, the difference between an archmagi and a magi is that the magi uses old and relyable magic, making his appearance change to "old and relyable", but, thw archmagi uses new magic that was recently discovered and is more vibrant and flashy, now the magic should make the old wizard look young again, but, young energetic magic alone cannot deny them the fact that they are old men.
Units Type: Humanoid Elf

Cloud Giant, basic level 5 unit
Damage: 30-75 ranged (Lightning)
Damage: 30-75 melee (bludgeoning)
Hit points: 100
Attack: +10
Defense:+10
Space: 2x2 (huge)
Abilites: Good view: A Cloud Giant is so big that it can see the entire battle field, thus no penalty is implied for shooting units that are behind obsticles or walls Crushing blow: Could Giants are very, very big, so when they attack, there is a chance that 15% of the targeted units will be crushed to death (only is thier size is med-small or smaller), it is a 20% chance that this will happen
Creature Def:
-Cloud Giants are huge humanoid people who have the capability to summon thunderbolts. A Could Giant in appearance is a very tall hansom hum male with metaly skin and long silver hair, they commonly wear a metal kilt, spiked gaunlets and tall iron plated boots. Cloud titans are friendly to those who are good hearted and have no harmful or offensive intentions, cloud giants dislike most other types of giants such as hill.
Creature Type: Giant (Noble)
UPGRADE: TITAN, advanced, level 5 unit
Damage: 40-75 ranged (Lightning)
Damage: 40-75 melee (Slashing/Lightning)
Hitpoints: 100
Attack: +10
Defense:+10
Space: 2x2 (Gargantuan)
Abilites: Good view: A Titan is so big that it can see the entire battle field, thus no penalty is implied for shooting units that are behind obsticles or walls Crushing blow: Titans are very, very big, so when they attack, there is a chance that 16% of the targeted units will be crushed to death (only is thier size is med-small or smaller), it is a 20% chance that this will happen
Creature Def:
-Titans are a noble giant, they are similar to cloud giants but have golden hair and more of a gold skin tone. Titans get along well with other races, but not with those who are evil and black hearted. Titans commonly wear huge kilts of steel and enormous gaunlets with dealdly spikes, the gigger differences are that titans normally wear a large silver colored breastplate, throw lightning bolts instead of summon them, and they also carry a huge electrified greatsword in thier belt.
Creature Type: Giant (Noble)
_-=_-=_-_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=_-=
Creature costs:
A creature costs...
1   The maximum damage they can deal (without a hero or     attack bonuses)
2   +Thier maximum HP
3   x100

emample of this process:
Boar:
1    max 4 damage
2    +max 6 hp
3    x100
=100 gold pieces in total cost.

And there's my "dream town", or atleast I hope the towns will run along something like it in HOMM5.
