questions and informations
Hi!!
I have two questions :
i) do we consider that the hero is levelled up when he gets a bonus skill at the veteran's guild ?
ii) do someone eventually agree to trade with in france  I m not sure that the shiping would be cheaper than buying a new booster for you
for informations :
I order 6 starters a thought hammer 15 days ago... they said me that it would be a starter box, but it didn't... I have 21 tiles twice... i'm missing 7 tiles.. it doesn't matter, but I m ok to trade some tiles...
All over my 6 starters, I had 2 ship yards and 1 boat.
About heroes, I have only for chaos both kind of heroes (2 of each)... for life, death, nature I have only spell casters... and for order I have only lords...
well... I received all of this last week end... and no game yet... I ve got the cards, but no time and nobody against me... HOW frustrating ))... perhaps next monday...

Just out of curiosity, will the language barrier be a problem for people to learn in France?

1. Yes, any skills you get through any means count towards your level as per the chart in the rulebook. Just remember the heroes starting skill is subtracted if you obtained a higher level in that skill, as noted in the chart.
2.I will trade internationally as long as its something I really need and hopefully a decent sized trade.

Hi everybody!
no, language barrier is not an issue... when me and my friends find time to play, they prefer playing games they know.
My wife likes games but not as complicate as HMM4. furthermore the heroics fantasy theme is not "her cup of tea" as we say here in france lol. she doesnt like it, she didn't enjoy seeing LOTR movies.
well...
I do have 2 or 3 close friends but finding time for it is not an easy thing.
Concerning trading i will study it this week end.
I ve got other questions :
i) with the grand master summoning skill, can I still choose to summon elves as well as elementals ??
I could ask the same question with the necromancy skill...
ii) for spell casters creature (magi, genies,...) it is said that it may cast a spell that you've got in your hand... does it mean that if I have not 2 exemplars of the spell in my hand, it can t cast the spell twice ???

1. In the computer game you cannot choose, so we play that you cannot choose in the card game either.
2. Not sure, I have not read that part on those cards.
