heroes4 upgrades

I am attempting to determine which particular     upgrade(s) I need to download for my edition of heroesIV in order to access the multiplayer option. I know as much that I have version 1.0 but I am unsure about the difference between USA and USLCK patches and how I can determine which version I have. Any advice would be much appreciated.
