Race: 4 (I give you 4 points for ´likeability´ of this faction. But you lack description of developments and reasons for things to be as they is. For instance: why do sun worshipping elves in an inca environment develop steam guns for their shooters? Without descriptions and reasons this seem like inconsistensies).

History: 2 (Several inconsistensies. Its ok to be original, but its better if this originality is compatible with H5 timeline and history IMO. For instance: in H5 we have a dragon of light, but no dragon of sun. Elves where associated with the dragon of earth etc. Dungeon did not exist in ysd 125. Its a little short as well)

Creatures: 4 (Below average: nice concepts but lacking description. Abilities a little dull.)

Balance: 6 (Above average).

Originality: 5 (An inca faction could definitively work in H5. You could focus more on specific Inca themes - like sacrifice...)

Overall: 21

Comments: 3 elvish races out of 7 is simply too much. The history is quite good, and it is a great initiative to go as far as to plan a campaign scenario for the town. The creatures are nicely organised within the town theme, but more description needed after the detailed history. Some abilities are unbalanced (Sun Patriarch, Temple Guardian), and the theme of the elves does not transmit completely throughout the town. Simply a case of more creature descriptions and balancing required.
